Paige's POV
I'm walking home from the gym, when I hear sirens in the distance. I look at the skate park, and hear yelling. I get worried that some one got hurt while skating and an ambulance was called. 'Wait, Lilly likes skateboarding. What if she got hurt?'
That made me decide to see who got hurt as the sirens approached, getting louder with every second.
I hear a vaguely familiar voice yelling from inside the skate park.

That's Lilly's best friend.
'That's Lilly's best friend!' The thought races through my mind as my concern grows from that thoughts that Lilly might be hurt.
I walk up to the gate of the skate park just as the ambulance pulls up to the curb and two paramedics rush out, and I'm pushed aside. I see the paramedics grab a girl off the concrete floor of the skate park.
As they rush past me once again, I see the face of the girl they picked up.
Lilly...
Once the paramedics pass me, so does Mika. He's carrying both backpacks and both boards so none of Lilly's stuff gets stolen. I make eye contact with the boy and he pauses.
"Hey Paige. Umm do you have a car? The medics said only immediate family can ride in the ambulance and I'm not family so, can I get a ride?" Mika explains super fast.
"Yeah but it's at my house. It's just around the next block. If we run we can make it." I say already grabbing Lilly's stuff from Mika and quickly head to the exit, Mika following close behind.
Once we're out the door, we book it to my house. We make it there in about two minutes and run inside to grab my keys. I unlock the doors and open the back seat then place Lilly's stuff in the seat and so does Mika. I start the car as Mika gets in the passenger seat and buckles as I back out.
Once I'm out of my driveway, I quickly put my buckle on we head to the hospital.
"My dad works at the hospital, Mika. He mentioned that he saw a girl about two months ago that got hurt skateboarding. Do you think that was Lilly?" I say quickly as I make the turn off my street on to the main road.
"Yeah yeah. She mentioned seeing some new doctor who talked about his daughter a lot. That your dad?" Mika reply's as I continue our way to the hospital.
"Yeah, he's a ER doctor." I respond, making another turn as my heart races as my concern for Lilly grows.
We drive in silence the rest of the way to the hospital.
Once we make to the hospital, I park the car quickly and both Mika and I rush out of the car and head towards the hospital.
Mika gets to the counter first and asks where Lilly's room is. He's told that she's in room 267 and that they are trying to get ahold of Lilly's parents.
Mika and I make our way to Lilly's room and wait for the doctors to come in and tell us what's wrong.
After about 10 minutes, my dad walks in holding a chart when he sees me.
"Paige? What in the ever living fuck are you doing here?"
