Lilly's POV
I was standing by the door of my math class when some rando bumped into me.
"What the actual fuck is your problem?" I ask sounding pissed off, which I very much am. I get up off the floor and turn to see the new girl.
"Language girls." Our math teacher, Mr Turner stated.
'Like he gives a shit about cursing.' I think to myself as I look down at the shorter new girl. She looks... cute. 'Probably a great hookup if she actually payed attention to where she's going.' I think to myself.
"I'm so sorry." The girl apologizes. 'That's a first. ' I think to myself as she picks up some of my stuff that fell.
Once I have all my stuff, I get in the girls face, close to her ear.
"Paying fucking attention." I whisper in the girls ear then walk to my seat.
Throughout the class, the new girl, who's name is Paige I guess is answering every question with ease. 'Holy shit, she's a clumsy nerd' I think to myself as I struggle on every question of the worksheet.
"Pop quiz everyone. Just to see if you all remember last years stuff." Mr turner states. He then turns to the new girl.
"Now Paige, I don't expect you to know everything on here because your new here. Just do your best."
'What a douchebag.' I think to myself as I start the quiz once I'm handed my copy.

The next day we're handed our tests back. I failed... again but it's not a big deal, school overrated and lame. I just manage to see Paige's score... a 96 percent?! 'She hasn't even been here a full week and she gets a 96 percent?!' I think to myself as I struggle to to wrap my head around it.
Class ends and Paige and I are asked to stay back.
"Now girls, I understand that what I'm doing will be annoying for at least one of you." Mr Turner states. 'Then don't do it asshole'
He continues, "Ms Summers, I'm assigning you to tutor Lilly seeing as you got the highest test score out of all my classes."
'Oh fuck no, that asshole.' I think to myself as I try not to react. I wish I could punch him is the face. I know I'm not the smartest but no need to partner me up with the new smart kid.
