"Why come here? What's so special about here?" Maria wondered.
"Ham and beans." Richter answered smirking. "The local ham and beans is pretty sensational. Make's local blood nice and smokey."
Emma made a mocking gag. "Disgusting."
"God, you're a wanker." Maria shrugged.

"Are you sleeping in my coat pocket again?" Emma peered inside.
Her pocket stirred. So what if I am?

The pocket squeaked when she tossed her coat on the bed.
Watch it!
"Vance!? Were you sleeping in my coat pocket again?
Yes. I told you, did you forget?
"Umm.."

"I swear that damn Belmont is making my hair grow white." Emma plucked a pale blond strand from her locks.
"Keep plucking at them and more white hairs will sprout." Vance warned.
"Doesn't work that way!"
