Emma found herself stumbling in a deep fog, unable to see past the haze let alone her own hand in front of her face, yet she sensed she wasn't alone.
The fog stirred around her. The Nephilim snarled, curling her lips sensing someone moving close to her and instinctively gripping her sword hilt.
Don't be afraid, my Dearest One. I am here.
Emma jolted when fingers brushed her hand. "What do you want, Father?"
I worry about you.
" I appreciate your concern, but there's nothing to worry about. I'm fine." Emma snarled, twisting her head with a growl to a swirling mist beside her. "Can you tone down the fog, Dad? I can't see shit!"
But I can see you.
Emma didn't flinch away when a hand brushed her cheek.
My Dove, you have done everything you can to guide Belmont and shape him into the protector he was meant to be.
"He still has much to learn." Emma sighed.
And you shall teach him. Alucard said encouraging. As you have done for all these years. You're doing great.
"Thanks Dad." Emma sighed, mildly irritated but thankful her father even bothered to give some encouragement. "I only hope it's enough."
It is enough. She could hear her father's low thrum within the fog. And he is not alone.
"What!?" Emma jerked. "What do you mean!? Richter's not--!?" She felt her dream fading with her father's presence. "Father?FATHER!? Don't leave now!! Tell me what you mean!!!!"
