Their gunfire lit up the night. Echoes from the guns could be heard throughout the forest. One by one Gabriel's men dropped dead right inside the front door at the hands of Phil and Shannon's bullets, making it difficult for the ones in the back to even enter the cabin.

But ammo doesn't last forever. And when their guns ran out the men got in. Phil covered Shannon and took her to the ground as bullets reigned down. Then...... they just stopped. They both stood slowly and saw Gabriel step over his dead men and enter the house. Shannon pulled her sword and raised it. Gabriel threw out his hand and her sword went flying out of her hands and stuck into the wall to their left.

"Well, this is going to be fun." Gabriel said with a smile. "Get them." He ordered calmly. "I want them alive."
Phil and Shannon tried to fight as the men that attacked but there were too many. After several hits to the head and face they both blacked out.

Phil looked over at Shannon as she started to come to. He was tied to a wooden column in a small nook of Matt's cabin. His hands were behind his back, his legs tied at the ankles. His head was pounding. He could taste blood in his mouth.

Shannon was on her knees. Her wrists were bound behind her back and also tied to a wooden column. Her ankles were also tied, but unlike Phil's hers were tied to the same column behind herself. She had been unconscious, leaning forward, which was putting pressure on the rope that was around her wrists, causing them to bleed.

Gabriel stood in front of her. He was wearing black jeans and a gray hoodie. His blonde hair was messy but looked like it was supposed to be that way. He looked down at Shannon, noticing she was waking up.
"That-a-girl." He said. He grabbed her cheeks with his hand and squeezed hard. Then slapped her face. "Wake up bitch. The party is just getting started."

"I'm awake asshole." She replied.
"You sound like your friend Jenna. She was a smart ass too. Didn't work out too well for her." He said.
"Fuck off." Shannon swore.
Phil met her gaze and shook his head, pleading with her to be quiet. He wished they would have been killed when the men stormed the cabin. Compared to what Gabriel had in store for them it would have been the better option.

"Where are your friends?" He asked Shannon.
"You think I'm going to tell YOU?" She replied, as she laughed in his face.
This infuriated him. Gabriel reached back and punched her square in the jaw. Shannon's head hung down. Gabriel kneeled in front of her.
"How bout now? You want to tell me now?"

Shannon raised her head and spit blood in his face.
"Go to hell." She swore at him.
This time he struck her with his knee, almost knocking her out. But she hung on. Phil watched in agony. It was killing him.
"Hey asshole! You like picking on the girls huh?You get off on it or something?" Phil was trying to get him to leave Shannon alone and focus his attention on him.

Gabriel wasn't stupid. He knew it was torturing Phil watching what he was doing to Shannon. Still, he walked over and gave Phil three shots to the face.
"I'll be back for you..... after you watch your friend die- or are you two more than friends?" He asked with a smile.
He turned his attention back to Shannon. She was woozy, in and out of consciousness. Gabriel took her right hand.

"Such soft skin." He commented. He took her index and middle finger and snapped them back, breaking them.
Shannon screamed out in pain.
"You motherfucker!" Phil yelled as he tried to break free. "Do it to me! I fucking dare you! Come on!"
Gabriel just laughed. He walked over and kicked Phil twice in the gut, causing him to double over in pain. That's when he gave him another kick, this one to his face.

Gabriel held out his hand toward Shannon. Phil could only lay on the hard floor and watch as Gabriel used his powers and brought his right hand down hard. Shannon's shoulder dislocated, without even being touched. He was showing his skills now. Again Shannon screamed, but she wouldn't cry. She wouldn't give him the satisfaction. That's what he wanted to see her do.

"Now." Gabriel said softly as he again got in Shannon's face. "Last chance. Where is Tyler?"
Somehow, Shannon raised her head. Her long brown hair hung in her face. Blood poured out of her mouth. Her right eye was swollen shut. How she was even conscious at this point was a miracle.
Then, with everything she had left she threw her head back and thrusted it forward, landing a crushing head butt right to Gabriel's nose.

Phil could hear it shatter from across the room. Blood poured from Gabriel's nose, as he tried to catch it he staggered backward.
"You bitch!" He yelled. He ran at her, again using his knee and connecting with her face. He moved his hand in a circle and Shannon felt her ribs break. She couldn't even scream anymore. Then, he grabbed her hair on top of her head and pulled it back so he could see her face.

She looked right at him.
"Do it." She whispered, barely getting the words out.
Gabriel pushed her head back with force and it connected with the wooden column, making a sickening crack. And with that she was out, only held up by her hands tied to the column behind her back. Her limp body just hanging forward.
Phil felt the tears running down his face. He thought he had just watched Shannon die.

"You're a dead man." He said, quietly. "You think Tyler is your problem? When Matt sees what you didn't to her he'll kill you. There will be nothing to stop him. You'll see."
"I can't wait." Gabriel said. He walked over to Phil. "Now..... you ready for your turn?" He asked.

As he walked toward Phil a blast rocked the house and sent Gabriel and his men flying back and smashing into the walls of the cabin.
