Chapter 12

Jess' POV

I went over to my seat and I was so overwhelmed, I looked into the audience and everyone was clapping and cheering making me smile. When all the girls were chosen; Me, Hannah Barrett, Tamera Foster, Melanie McCabe, Jade Richards and Relley Clarke, I sat backstage waiting for the boys. When they finally came on, a grin appeared on my face. But of course Nicky was on last.when he sung omg it was perfection in a song! His voice was just so perfect it was unbelievable. Of course Louis gave him a seat! I mean who wouldn't! That was phenomenal!!

"Congrats!" I said to him when he was coming over.

"You too!" He said. "I hope I see you at Live Shows"

"Same here!" I said and we hugged. "Bye" I smiled.

"Bye Jess" he said giving me a wink that made my heart flutter then walked away.

Lauren's POV

I was walking around with Tamera, we'd become good friends in the space of what? An hour? We were joking around, laughing and giggling, when suddenly someone turned round the corner almost knocking me over, but someone caught me. I looked at the person who caught me when I stood up and omg he was fit! He had tanned skin, with short brown hair. He was perfect.

"Are you okay?" He asked me, with a strong Essex accent.

"Yeah, thanks so much for catching me"

"No problem... Lauren isn't it?"

"Yeah, how do you know?"

"The media?" He said, but it came out more like a question.

"Oh yeah!" I said remembering that the articles weren't all about Jess. "What's your name?"

"Sam. Sam Callahan"

"Nice to meet you Sam!" I said hugging him, he hugged me back before leaving. I turned around to apologise to the person that I bumped into.

"Sor-" I begun, but stopped half way when I saw who it was. "Luke?!?" I know what your all thinking? Luke? Not that Luke! The druggy Luke is called Luke Briscall. This Luke is called Luke friend, who I know from... Well, I'll explain that later.

"You two know eachother?" Tamera asked.

"Yes" he said but at the same time I said,

"No." I shot him a glance. "I just heard you singing, and thought, I'll keep that name in mind because it was so good!" I said. He smirked at me. "Your audition that is..." He then walked off shaking his head, smiling at the same time.

"Spill?" Tamera said sitting down next to me.

"I just, I can't explain in full detail, but I know him from the past..."

-The next week-

Ever since I saw Luke, I've had so many flashbacks of things I don't want to remember, but it only shows them in like 5 seconds. It's got to a point where I don't want to sleep because every time I shut my eyes, I see them. We were just about to get on the plane, I was meant to sit by Nicole but she thought I'd spent too much time with her so instead I'm sitting by Tamera. Jess was by Hannah, Relley was next to Nicole, and Melanie and Jade were sat together. I felt my eyes shutting half way through the flight, I'd barely slept in a week.

Flashback 1:

"Lauren! Lauren!" Luke F(Friend) shouted at me. "Are you even fucking listening to me" he said as he pinned me up against the wall

Flashback 2:

"I've got some drugs for you to sell, you know the consequences if you don't!" Luke B(Briscall) said.
