Nobody really knew how Miami snuck their way into the Conference games like this but the team didn't mind it. Miami somehow won their way into the wild card weekend and won that game over Chicago allowing them to play in the division winning that too and now the conference game where they go back to playing against San Diego.

Everybody on The Spartans wasn't too intimidated by it despite the tension between the two teams.

Some would say they were rivals even.

Especially with Anthony being on one and Elias being on the other knowing that they both had the same girl.

This was the last game until the Super Bowl that was taking place in Louisiana this year and to say anxiety was high between both teams was an understatement.

San Diego had rented out an American Airlines plane for the team to take off down to Florida wishing they were playing at home but considering Miami won during an away game, they had the home field advantage.

"Okay, we play at 3 PM and Los Angeles and Cincinnati play at 7 PM. So we'll have time to wrap the game up, shower, post interviews and make it back in time to watch the game," The Coach spoke loudly so everyone on the team can hear.

"After we win, right?" A player called out from defense making all the boys cheer with confidence. Coach just smirked and shook his head.

In the back completely in their own conversation, Elias looked at his best friend who had a attitude as he usually been having with him. Harrison kept his face towards the window of their row ignoring his best friend.

"Like damn. You not even gonna respond?" Elias asked in a low tone.

"Fuck you want me to say? You slept with her and now you mad she not picking up the phone? You should've thought about that when you lied to her about Amaya."

"I didn't lie to her about Amaya. I just didn't tell her the full story, I was helping her and her emotions."

The morning after their night together, Trinity was close to telling Elias they could give it another go and that was up until he lied to her face about him and Amaya. Telling her she didn't have to worry about her and that he didn't sleep with her since they broke up before admitting it.

And Trinity was upset of course.

The girl he's been having sexual relations with spilling a drink on the woman he loved basically on purpose who was also the girl he told Trinity not to trip over.

"Yeah and how that shit going for you?" Harrison asked making let out a deep breath. "This shit annoying me because I was starting to get used to your head being in the damn game and now you back thinking about a girl all over again."

"You deadass? I thought you fucked with Trinity?"

"Eli, this time last year Dallas dropped the fucking ball messing up our shot at the Super Bowl and now this year, you here and you had your mind on a girl all season and now you wanna think about Trinity during the most important time like damn," Harrison expressed making Elias sigh and sit back in his seat. "I like Trinity, yes. But at some point you gotta set her to the side and focus on helping me get us to that big game next month."
