Omniscient.
San Diego, CA

"Anthony Embers officially declared out for the upcoming football season. His coach rejected to say why as rumors circled about the Defensive Backs health condition..." The sports reporter spoke on the TV on the wall as Trinity sat with her eyes on it.

Elias didn't make it back in until four in the morning the other night and she didn't ask him why either. She didn't ask him what he did when he went to LA. Everything surrounding that, it was obvious he didn't want her to know.

Making his presence known as he entered the living room. Trinity turned her head to look at him and she couldn't deny her man was fine as hell. Dressed in designer as always. Jewelry glistening under the lights. He had the strong urge to cut his hair off for a fresh look but she loved the curls too much so he kept it while cleaning up the sides.

"You staring hard," He snickered and she shrugged.

"You look good," She complimented and he thanked her. Trinity wanted to question him so bad. She's been quiet a bit lately trying to figure out what exactly he did but obvious he did something. Anthony never missed a season before. "Ready to go? I'm hungry," She told him and he nodded.

He noticed her standoffish but didn't comment on it.

Yet.

Leaving his apartment and going down to the parking garage, Elias had made reservations for an early dinner at one of his favorite restaurants. It would be their first real public outing since getting back together and since pregnancy rumors stirred about the two.

They figured if paparazzi see them, they wouldn't hide like they did before and just let it happen. It wasn't like they were hiding for their jobs anymore. It was just the world now.

Trinity had on an oversized Spartans jersey with Torrance number on it just in case they did get seen but she still looked, matching Elias vibe completely.

Sitting in the passenger seat of his Rolls Royce, they had a Maeta song playing lowly through the speakers as nothing was being said. Elias glanced over at Trinity every few minutes seeing her gaze on the window watching the San Diego city fly by. Her hand still on her stomach as always in a protective manner.

"So," He broke the silence between them causing her to look at him. Her eyebrow raised waiting for him to say something which only resulted in him chuckling. "Don't look at me like that. You wanna say something about that night,"

"I mean...I wasn't gonna push but what happened?"

"We ain't gotta worry about him no more. He's back to being the least of our problems," He spoke and all she did was hum removing a piece of her braid that fell in front of her face. There was more she wanted to say and he knew that. Letting a sigh leave his mouth as they approached a red light. "Don't do that,"

"Don't do what?"

"Don't make that face when you knew what it was. You knew I was gonna get my lick back on a nigga-"

"But I didn't know you were gonna come home with blood on your clothes,"

"You acting like I killed him, Trinity," He spoke getting a bit frustrated followed by a sigh. The last thing that needed to happen was them getting into a disagreement again. They were both looking at the situation from two different perspectives.
