As Taelyn stood alone in the dimly lit room, a sudden chill swept over her as she sensed a presence behind her. Whirling around, she gasped in shock as she came face to face with Bossman, his imposing figure casting a long shadow in the dim light.

Taelyn was frozen in fear, her mind racing with a thousand thoughts and possibilities. How had Bossman found her? And most importantly, was Heeseung safe?

Taelyn's heart raced as she stared at Bossman, her mind reeling with fear and confusion. She had thought she was safe here, hidden away from the prying eyes of the mafia world. But Bossman's sudden appearance shattered that illusion, leaving her feeling exposed and vulnerable.

"How did you know I was here?" she demanded, her voice trembling with a mixture of anger and fear. Bossman's expression remained unreadable as he regarded her with a cool detachment.

"I'm not stupid," he replied simply, his tone devoid of emotion. Taelyn's blood ran cold at his words, the implications sinking in with chilling clarity. Bossman had always been one step ahead, his network of informants and spies extending far and wide.

There was no hiding from him, no escaping his watchful gaze. She swallowed hard, her mind racing with desperate thoughts of escape. But as she glanced around the room, she knew that there was nowhere to run, nowhere to hide from the all-seeing eyes of the mafia world.

With a sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach, Taelyn realized that she was at Bossman's mercy, her fate now in the hands of the man who had ordered her death.

"Heeseung and his friends have been acting suspiciously lately," Bossman continues, his tone deceptively calm as he fixed her with a piercing gaze. "And when Heeseung failed to eliminate you, it raised some red flags."

Taelyn's heart pounded in her chest as she struggled to process Bossman's words.

"Heeseung is the best sniper we have," Bossman continued, his voice cutting through the silence like a knife. "He's never missed a shot in his life. So when he failed to take you out...."

Bossman's smirk sent a chill down Taelyn's spine, his ominous words ringing in her ears as she watched him with wary apprehension. The sudden sound of Heeseung's arrival outside only served to heighten the tension in the room, the air thick with anticipation and uncertainty.

"Perfect timing," Bossman muses, his voice dripping with sinister satisfaction as he turned his attention back to Taelyn. "But don't worry, my dear. I have a plan. Trust me."

Could she trust him? Did she have a choice? With a sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach, Taelyn knew that she had no other option but to place her trust in Bossman, to follow his lead and hope that he had a way out of this mess. And as she met his gaze, she nodded silently.

"Trust me," Bossman repeated, his tone soft yet commanding as he reached out to grasp her hand. "I won't let anything happen to you."

He pulls her into a chokehold, however he nevers tightens his grip. The cold metal of the gun pressed against her temple sent shivers down her spine, and for a moment, she was transported back to that night with Hyunsuk.
