CHAPTER 39

Yvonne's pov

A month has already passed by and we're back into our daily routine here in the US.

Home, work, home, work. That's what my life would look like without Reve in it. Because somehow Reve managed to pester me all day kong just to agree to go somewhere with him.

I don't have a problem with it since I'm also having fun spending time outside and not just burying myself with work.

"Ms. Vonne, can you take a look at this?" A co-worker said to me as she handed me a paper containing the information about the application we will release.

"Oh, I'll take of it" I smiled at her as she exited my office. I took a look at the paper before I went out to buy lunch.

As I was walking down the hallway Tim suddenly appeared on my side. I took a peek at him before walking straight to the elevator.

"Did you see her there?" His words came out as a whisper as he asked me that question. I nodded in response.

"Is she ok?"

"Yeah, she's fine. She looks dashing as always" I told him. He couldn't hide the smile on his lips as I said that to him.

I wouldn't want to tell anything about their relationship since they are private. I never even saw them go on dates. But I know that they love each other.

"Are you gonna get your lunch?" He asked after he recovered from what I said. I hummed in response. "I'm also gonna buy lunch" We stepped out of the elevator and went to the nearest place that sells delicious foods.

Both of us ordered the same thing since we didn't want to wait a little longer. I also ordered some takeout for me and Reve. We have a lot of things to do now since the release of the application is getting near.

Gladly I still manage to take some time off work. Thanks to Reve.

I looked around and was in shock when I saw Reve standing at the entrance of the resto. He looked mad. Why?

He walked towards us with burning eyes. What's up with him? I looked at him confused because of how he was acting.

"Why are you two together?" He said trying to keep his voice calm. "What's the matter we're just eating our lunch" I shrugged the look in his eyes.

"I better exit myself here. I don't want any trouble" Tim stood from his seat and walked out of the resto. He doesn't even look bothered. What a nonchalant guy.

And now he left me with this OA here. "Bakit hindi mo ko niyaya?" His voice changed back to his normal tone. That's much better, I'm not used to Reve talking that way.

"I'm gonna bring you lunch to your office. I ordered a takeout for the both of us" I explained to him while rolling my eyes. Kung ano ano talaga pumapasok sa isip ng OA na toh.

"What were you even thinking?" I looked and said to him. He just pouted and looked away from me.

When our order was served we decided to just eat it right here. Since nandito naman na sya. Now I'm worried about Tim, umalis ng hindi kinukuha order nya. San kay kakain yun?

"Do you have plans for the summer?" I looked at him weirdly. Summer? It's we just got back at work and he's already thinking about summer.

"Reve there's plenty of time for me to think about that and for your information we just got back at work. Ilang vacation ba ang gusto mo sa isang buwan at puro nalang yan naiisip mo?" Tuloy tuloy kong sabi sakanya.

He swallowed his food before talking to me again. "What I'm jus-" Sinubo ko sakanya ang kutsarang may laman ng pag kain.

"Stop talking now. I'm gonna eat" He glared at me before focusing on his food. My table manners haven't changed a bit.
