Kylie, Her mom and dad, luke, jake, rosie, nelson and isaac all sat around the dinner table. the dining room table the west's had pulled out to seat ten when it normally sits six

"is it good ?" kylies mom, shannon, asked everyone. she made fettuccine alfredo and chicken cutlets. the other seven nodded immediately

shannons husband finished chewing, "its amazing honey, one of your bests" he complimented his wife, causing her to smile

rosie spoke next, "yeah its incredible" she agreed. shannon brought up some conversation, "oh girls, how was your movie day ?" she asked

kylies eyes shot to rosie, immediately noticing rosies guilty look. "it was fine" she said blankly, covering for rosie, earning a grateful look from her bestfriend

rosie shaw was practically raised by the wests, her mom was never around and her dad was a workaholic trying his best

so naturally shannon opened her home to rosie. one time rosie lived with them for two and half months when the girls were thirteen because her dad had to fill a traveling position for his job

shannon nodded, clearly believing kylies lie. "what'd you guys watch ?" she questioned as she took another bite of chicken

rosie opened her mouth to speak but nothing would come out. "criminal minds mainly" kylie interrupted once again, making rosie take a breath

"you and that show, kitty" shannon shook her head, knowing her daughter's somewhat unhealthy obsession with the crime show

nelson looked up from his plate that he was scarfing down, "whats criminal minds ?" he asked, confusion covering his features

jake and luke groaned as kylie sat up a little. since nelson sat directly across from her, it was easy to look at him while explaining

kylie took a deep breath before beginning - "its pretty much a show where every episode theres a new murderer or kidnapper of some kind and these special agents that work for the fbi try to catch them by thinking like them !" she finished

luke hummed, "huh, it was shorter than last time" he noticed making kylie scoff. "obviously, i dont wanna spoil anything for him" she responded

nelson listened intently, enjoying every minute of kylies yapping. he hadnt even realized she had stopped talking until isaac slapped his arm

"huh ?" he mumbled as he snapped out of his thoughts. "oh, it sounds great. maybe we could watch it sometime" he offered

kylies cheeks turned pink ever so slightly from his words, "maybe" she said before taking a bite of more pasta

jake groaned, "ew, nelson ! my sister is totally off limits" he strictly directed his words at both nelson and isaac - just incase. even though isaac had a girlfriend, minnie.

"jake, i doubt he meant it like that !" kylie defended, though she secretly hoped he had meant it like that. no cute boy ever offered to watch criminal minds with her

nelson had meant it like that, but after kylies words he assumed she didnt want him to mean it like that. or maybe she did and just said that to shut jake up

no nelson his thoughts cut off shes off limits, your best friends sister is totally off limits. he reminded himself
