Kylie West was putting her clothes away in the drawers of her room for the week. the large group had just checked in to their place in virginia

kylie was obsessed with it so far, she saw some pools and an arcade, very bougie. after checking out the entire kind of apartment they had, she started to unpack

it did seem kind of pointless, because by next week she would be leaving and having to pack it all back up.

but unpacking her clothes made kylie feel like it was a true vacation, like she was living there forever, even if it was only for a week

nelson had gotten the bedroom connected to the large master bath, on the terms he had to share with lucas and niles. kylie on the other hand, had her own bathroom connected to her room

luke and niles made the decision to share the pullout couch, which neither of them minded because it was better than in the place with jake and rosie being all lovey dovey

kylie offered some drawers to luke so he didnt have to dig through his suitcase every time he wanted to change, an offer he happily accepted.

the girl also nudged nelson to do the same thing, which he quickly did. nelson was pretty sure he would do anything kylie told him... which scared him

at the moment it was 7:30 pm, their flight had gotten delayed so they were ever so slightly late to check in.

luke walked into kylies room, suitcase in hand. "hey, can i put my stuff in here now ?" he asked halfway through the door

kylie nodded, "yeah come on" she waved him in as she continued to put in her neatly folded shirts into her second drawer

she had taken the left three drawers while luke took the right three drawers. "you excited to stay here for a week ?" luke asked, making some conversation

"yeah, not so excited to deal with rosalie but overall this place seems fun" kylie admitted, moving onto her third drawer, only needing to store her pajamas before she was completely unpacked

luke agreed, "shes been so mean recently, i dont get why jake likes her..." he thought out loud, keeping his eyes on his clothes

kylie sighed, knowing it was true. if kylie ever saw with her own two eyes, rosie being mean to luke, rosalie might never see the sight of daylight again.

the siblings fell into a usual silence, a silence they'd both gotten used to over the time. it also gave them comfort in some form

their silence was interrupted by niles and nelson walking inside, with a phone in niles hand. "hey, we're getting mcdonalds for dinner... what do you guys want ?" nelson asked

luke went first putting in his common order, then kylie went next and just put in a fry and an oreo mcflurry. she had boughten some hot cheetos from one of the airport stores, and had finished the bag before they had even reached the house

so kylie was already pretty full, but she always had room for a mcflurry. "aight, we'll be right back" niles smiled and ran out of the room

nelson quickly followed after him, making kylie smile to herself as she watched him chase after his younger brother

"oh you so like him" luke laughed, observing his sisters facial expressions, reading her like a book
