Kylie West sat in her room, with her headset on as she played fortnite with luke and vivienne. it was originally supposed to be just the two girls but after they played a round, luke came into kylies room and asked to play too

"on me !" vivienne whined through the headset as she got knocked yet again, this was the fifth time in twelve minutes. vivienne had only started playing a couple weeks ago, so she was still new to the game.

luke ran over and killed the team entirely, while kylie just emoted on the knocked opponents and revived vivi. "we're such a good trio, guys" kylie said, vivi humming in agreement while luke just laughed

a knock came through kylies door, "come in !" she exclaimed as she uncovered one ear to hear whoever was at the door

jake walked in, "nelsons on his way over, and rosies already here, we're gonna hangout for awhile." jake informed her, standing in her doorframe awkwardly

kylie nodded, "kay." she responded shortly, covering her ear again to get back into fortnite, running to find vivi and luke.

"what are you doing ?" he asked nosily, peaking a look at her tv.

the girl looked at her brother like he was an idiot, "fortnite, obviously" she told him, jake nodding.

jake cleared his throat, "um, nelson told me I should invite you to hangout with us, the brotherly thing to do appearantly... so do you wanna hangout with us when he comes ?" he asked, it was a rare thing that jake invited kylie to do something with him and his friends

kylie had to fight her smile at the mention of nelson, her eyes flickering down at the blanket on her lap, it was the hello kitty one nelson had gifted her a few days ago.

"is jake west inviting me to hangout with him and his friends ?" kylie teased, raising her eyebrows. by now the trio was back in lobby, having placed third.

jake rolled his eyes, "don't make me take it back" he threatened, somewhat embarrassed.

kylie shook her head as she chuckled quietly, hiding it in her hand. "maybe ill come out, depends if im still playing or not" she shrugged, jake nodding

he peered down at his phone that he held by his side, "she said maybe" he informed whoever was on the phone, kylie simply assumed it was nelson.

a moment of silence rolled by, "need anything else ?" kylie questioned, queing into another game.

jake shook his head, finally speaking again. "nope, nope, bye" he quickly made his exit, shutting the door behind him

"what was that ?" vivienne asked, having heard kylies voice and muffled sounds from jake

kylie sighed, "jakes being weird, he invited me to hangout with him, nelson and rosalie. he said nelson told him I should be asked to hangout or something" she explained while shooting at vivienne in fortnite, though it wasn't doing any damage

vivienne squealed through the headset, making kylie wince. "nelson is totally crushing on you, lee !" she exclaimed, clapping her hands together.

the three died off spawn, since luke spontaneously decided to land mega city, which was always packed. "alright im getting off" kylie informed, vivi booing at her

"whatever, bye lee, love you !" vivi dragged out her words dramatically, just to make kylie laugh, which she always succeeded in.

"love you more, vivi" kylie replied before leaving the party and closing fortnite, getting up to go get a snack in the kitchen.
