Kylie Skipped down her homes steps, heading to the living room. "mother !" she called as she joined the downstairs of the house

"in here, kitty !" shannon yelled back from the living room, presumably watching judge judy reruns on the television

as kylie walked to join her mother in the living room she turned around at the sound of the doorbell ringing.

she furrowed her brows, not knowing they were expecting someone, beginning to walk towards the door.

just as kylie was about to open the door, jake ran to the top of the stairs from his room. "i can get it !" he screamed

though his words were no use as kylie was already opening the door, being greeted by a not so nice sight, rosalie.

"kylie... hey." rosalie bitterly greeted, but one she noticed jake in the background her face covered with a smile

kylie involuntarily rolled her eyes out of habit from hearing rosalies voice, "why are you here, rosalie ?" kylie asked, though she knew why

she couldve sworn she saw rosalies left eye twitch ever so slightly, "im here to see my boyfriend, silly !" rosalie exclaimed

jake scratched the back of his neck from the top of the steps. during the days rosalie hadnt been coming over, jake had confided in kylie.

he had said that rosalie wouldnt stop the arguments and that he was ending things, which kylie now deemed false.

"mm, shocker." kylie sarcastically remarked, giving rosalie one last fake smile before shutting the door in her face and walking to the living room

"kylie, what the fuck ! you cant just slam the door in my girlfriends face" jake screamed as he stormed down the steps to let rosalie in

as kylie took a seat next to her mother on their couch, she turned in her seat to argue with jake. "i can if she talks shit about our family, even luke !"

the reason kylie was so angry about rosalie talking about luke, was because luke is only thirteen.

all he did was play basketball and talk to his friends, there is no valid reason for rosalie to ever utter a word about luke
