Chapter 15

Today was the preparations and the offical opening for the school festival and honestly, I wasn't all that excited.

Kuruso would look at me and smirk any chance he got, that damn bastard. I so wanted to punch him.

"Keiiii." I felt arms wrap around me and pull me into a tight hug. "I missed youuu."

"Elly..." She squeezed me even more until Shun grabbed me and pulled me away. I hid behind him.

"Elly why are you here?"

"I was asked to help out with the school festival." She smiled excitedly. "Well I should get back to work bye bye." She walked away until we couldn't see her anymore.

"Kei, follow me." Shun dragged me to our classroom on the second floor. Since we didn't decide on what we were going to do our class was empty.

"Shun why are we here?" He turned me around and kissed me. "Don't leave my side today."

"You didn't have to tell me that you know." He squeezed my hand. "I know, its just that we might get put on separate jobs after the festival."

He's right. We might be put on separate cleaning duties. We'll have to leave each others side for a few minutes. That doesn't make me happy.

"Kei, can I speak to you for a minute?"
"Akino? Uh sure. I'll be right back Shun." He nodded as he watched me walk away with Akino. "What's wrong Akino?'

"Kei, I think that guy Kuruso, I believe his name was, is planning something. I can't say for sure but its just a feeling I have. Since its a strong feeling I made sure to tell everyone in class to watch Kuruso so he doesn't make any weird movements, that includes Rhyu too." I flinched at the sound of his name.

"Okay. Thanks Akino." She smiled and nodded. "I just wanted to help you. I noticed he kept looking at you and got a little worried. I don't want anything to happen to you Kei. I want you to always stay the same person. The one who saved me."

"Akino? Did something happen?" She flinched and hesitated. "Tell me what happened." She shook her head. "My problem doesn't matter right now. Shun must be worried. I'll take you back to him." She walked me back before running off.

"Is she okay?" I nodded. "She'll be fine." Hopefully. "Let's go. The school festival just started."

"Okay." I followed Shun as we walked around. We looked at all the different stuff the classes made. We ate some of the food and bought some stuff. Afterwards we went to our class.

"We're here to take over you shifts."

"Okay." A girl replied and went to tell the rest as we got ready. As soon as they left, our team started to take over the orders of our guests.

"Who's idea was it to have a cafe?" I thought for a minute. "I think it was Akino and Minami's idea."

"Of course." He gave an exasperated sigh before shaking his head. "They come up with the craziest things."

"Of course they do. They're like little devils when they get together." He nodded. "You got that right."

As the day dragged on, it finally came to an end. As expected Shun and I were put on separate cleaning duties. He swept the floors while I picked things up and moved them to the school attic. And the worst thing is I got put on the job with Kuruso.

"Touch me and I'll kill you."

"Geez already threatening me. I actually like that kind of thing you know." He grinned. "Your such a creep." I set down the boxes I was hold and frowned.

"Hey. Why don't we go somewhere else?"

"No! I'm not going anywhere with you."

"Wrong answer." He replied harshly. "Wha-?" Before I could finish, a cloth was put over my mouth and I felt my eyelids get heavy.

(Rhyu's POV)

I stood behind the boxes as I listened to them talk. "Hey. Why don't we go somewhere else." Kuruso smirked.

"No! I'm not going anywhere with you."

"Wrong answer." Kuruso snapped harshly at Kei. "Wha-?" Before he could finish, Kuruso got out a cloth and put it over Kei's mouth. I stood there, frozen and unable to move.

I mean, sure I hated Kei cause he stole Shun from me but this wasn't right. Kei shouldn't have to go through this. Kuruso picked him up and quickly left.

Naturally I followed. I wasn't about to let Kei get taken by some creep and have Shun find out. I followed him through the alleys and back streets. All the places to avoid crowds.

"Kuruso, what's that?" A girl came up to him and she licked her lips. "He looks fun to play with."

"He's mine. Any of you touch him, I'll kill you." She pouted. "No fair. I want my share of him." I clenched my teeth. What the hell is wrong with these people!?

He brung Kei into an empty building and set him on a bed. After Kuruso left the room I quickly snuck in and tried to wake Kei up. "Kei. Wake up you idiot."

"Shit." I quickly ran to the closet and hid inside, just as Kuruso walked in. He started to tie Kei's hands together and then sat down afterwards.

"Might as well wait till he wakes up." He got a book out and started reading it. This guy is a complete idiot.

I sat against the wall of the closet and internally groaned. I didn't want to make a move yet just in case. So I was going to wait and make sure he was alone and actually about to do something.

(Shun's POV)

"Akino, have you seen Kei? I can't find him." Her eyes widened as she ran to the school attic. I followed her as we both ran up and looked around. I found Kei's bag and Rhyu's.

"That bastard. I swear if he took both of them, he's so dead." I walked away and almost made it out of the school until Minami stopped. "Shuun."

"Minami. Wait, you were discharged already?"

"Yup. Just a few moments ago. Of course Adam came and got me."

"I don't see why I had to though." She puffed her cheeks out. "Because your kind and its also a way to make up for what you did to Kei long ago." He sighed in annoyance and glared out the window.

"Anyways, where's Kei? Isn't he normally with you?" I clenched my teeth and glared at the ground.

"Tha...That is..."
