With (y/n), Isagi, Bachira and Nagi gone. Reo was left sulking over his lost friend and Chigiri stood idly by, waiting on a potential member of his own group. And from the shadows beyond, a figure emerges from behind the automatic doors, namely known as Kunigami,
As he wipes away the sweat accumulated on his chin, his eyes caught the familiar redhead just standing looking lonesome. Said redhead perks up at seeing his first teammate since arriving in the assembling area. "Kunigami!" Chigiri said as a greeting, "Chigiri!" Kunigami return the greeting as they both did eyo mah homie handshake. "Good job on the 1st stage." Chigiri promptly congratulate.
"As for known faces..." Kunigami start as whilst scouting around the room to see if there are any other Team Z members besides Chigiri but quickly took note that there's in fact just Chigiri, "There's only you..." Kunigami concluded which Chigiri disprove, "Nah, I asked the folks around...and it seem they've already went. Isagi, Bachira, Nagi and...(y/n)..."
Kunigami's gaze snap towards the redhead, surprised a the fact that (y/n), who he worriedly thought would have a tough time dealing with the first stage, passed the challenge. Not only that, but she finished before Chigiri and him. Kunigami wonders just what happened. "That was my exact reaction too when I learned (y/n) cleared the first stage with flying colors." Chigiri stated. Then, with a fond smile and a hand on his hip, Chigiri follow up, "I knew she's a fighter. A strong one at that."
A sigh of relief left Kunigami, knowing that she pulled through and that there's a possibility he'll get to see her again. With that thought in mind he suddenly smirk, "Hah! Really now...leaving me behind, huh... other than (y/n), those three get on my nerves..." All of a sudden, Chigiri expression turned blank, "Yup...I thought the same."
There's a moment of silence before the redhead brought the big question, "So, Kunigami. I've got one suggestion." the person in question quickly caught on on the idea, "Yeah, Chigiri...I probably...just had the same idea." They simultaneously look at one another with a determined gaze as they both state, "Let's team up."
Being now a established duo, they didn't waste a second looking for a third man to complete their group and move on to the next stage. With Chigiri listing down the criteria of someone who can do passes and that could keep the balance in the team a certain grapehead caught his eye, "That guy..." Chigiri's eyes laid upon the brooding Reo, who's slump against the wall with nothing but his thoughts running rampant. Kunigami took the initial and goes down into a toe squat a few feet away from Reo, "Oi, are you alright?"
Reo, who clearly wasn't in the mood to chat spits back, "Shut up. Leave me alone..." becoming curious Kunigami can't help himself and asks away, "Eh? What's wrong?" Although for Chigiri, he quickly connect the dot as to what caused him to be in this state and Chigiri laid it all out on the table with no remorse, "I'm guessing he's sulking since he got dumped by Nagi who he thought was his pet dog." that comment alone was enough to trigger a strong reaction from Reo as his face scrunch up into a scowl, "Aah?!" As quickly as it came it also dissipate after Chigiri's next phrase, "Because we're the same. We wanna crush Isagi and Bachira who went ahead of us." From there Kunigami took over, "Reo, you wanna come with us?" now they have Reo's full attention.
There was silence between them that lasted for a couple of second before, "Aren't you forgetting someone?" Both Kunigami and Chigiri raise a brow in confusion but Reo soon elaborate on his own inquiry, although a bit grumpy, "(Y/n). She also went ahead with the rest of them did she not?" With that said, Kunigami caress his chin in thoughts whilst humming while he's at it, "She's ok."
"Heh?" Reo was confused.
Chigiri nod in agreement with his orange hair friend, "I mean everything she has done for us had been very thoughtful and helpful. So, even though I do want to get back at her, I also don't have the heart to put a target on her head. Right, Kunigami?" said person hums in agreement along with a firm nod. "....You guys are weird..." Reo commented as he opted to stare at the floor once more. "My question remains. Do you want to join us?" Kunigami asked again and this time Reo actually considers it.
While lost in thought he suddenly remembers what (y/n) told him.
"You want him back? Get back at us? Then fight to get him back and show us your fire."
A surge of motivation filled his body and mind. His fists clenches at (y/n)'s words. It's all her fault. Because of her, Nagi chose them over me. I'll make them pay. I'll make her pay. With a dark look, he glances back up at them and said, "Fine, I'll join you. Let's crush them all."
Kunigami smirks while Chigiri had on a lopsided smile at the answer. They soon cross the border which separated the assembling area to the next stage with different thoughts.
Chigiri and Kunigami went in to get back at Isagi and Bachira for going ahead first and wants to hear (y/n) praise them again since they're begin to miss her already.
Reo on the other hand, he wants one thing and one thing only R E V E N G E.
