Chapter 1 - No fun in that

-Clary's POV-

"1 , 2 , 3 yayy !" Anne shouts cheerfully as the school's bell finally rang . It's finally summer break and I really couldn't be happier . School is quite nice when you are popular but of course there's nothing nice in school when you just an average , like me . Anne is like my only friend in school but we're only met at school so no we're not that 'bestie' type .

"Finally" I sigh as we both make our way to go outside the school . We decide to walk home together and stop in a nice coffee shop near our school , it's actually the first time we hang out after school . ha .

I swear I sound like a pathetic anti-social girl . Unlike me Anne is quite popular at school , she has many friends but not really close I think that's just how she is . She likes keeping a distance to people . Her one and only best friend is Grace , popular and freakishly gorgeous chick in school . But lately they don't hang out that much in school anymore , and people said that they got some problem .

We finally arrive at the coffee shop , as we enter the coffee shop the smell of coffee starts to filling up my nostril making me breathing in pleasure . I love the smell of coffee it gives that warm feeling that I really love . We ordered our latte and sat down at the table near the window .

"They surely has the greatest latte in town." Anne exclaim and I nod in agreement . I love this place .

"yap , I love this place." I said to her . I used to go alone after school and read some books but having Anne here is great .

"we should go to here more often." She said and we both laughing not sure what are we actually laughing at .

We talk about random things and she also told me about Grace . I'm quite surprise that she actually trust me . I learned that Grace and Anne friendship is not a friendship that I'd like to have , Grace is a selfish bitch . She hang around Anne just because Anne's brother Mike who is such a hottie , to be honest . And now Anne's brother got a girlfriend she confronted Anne and told her all the reason that she wanted to hang around Anne is just because of that , if not then she wouldn't even want to talk to Anne . What a bitch .

We spent one hour just talking and drinking our latte , it feels nice having someone that you could trust .

"Mike isn't that your sister ?" we both turn around to see who was saying that . Turns out that Mike , Anne's brother is also here with his friends . Mike is one year ahead of us , he go to our school too and might I add that he's super cute .

"Yeah" Mike , Anne's brother said to his friend . He looks at me obviously trying to remember if he knows me before .

"Oh Mike , this is Clary . and Clary this is my brother , Mike" Anne said realizing the looks on her brother's face . Anne told me that they are very close so of course Mike knows about all of her friends .

"Hi so you're the Clary that my sister been talking about." He said and shakes my hand , he smiled at me and I chuckle at Anne she just rolled her eyes . Mike is with three others friend who I don't recognize their name , I just know that they are all hotties . Oh wait I did know one of them , of course I know . He's Brooklyn , Brooklyn Beckham . Of course he's the famous Beckham . I must admit that he is cute and he is laughing with the two other boys right now and I just realize that I just checked him out , oh my god .

"We were about to leave so bye brother." Anne said and she practically dragged me away from her brother and his friend . I guess they just had a small siblings argument things that always happen in every siblings in the world .

"God he could be so annoying sometimes." She sigh and I just laugh at her .

"You love him." I state and she rolled her eyes .

"Not like I have anything else to do anyway , I mean he's my brother I suppose to love him right ?" She said and I just laugh at her because I know that's not true she loves her brother more than that , she just doesn't want to admit it .

"So do you already have a plan on how are you going to spend your summer break ?"

"Well I was , you know Grace already make a list of what to do in summer break for us and turns out it just a fake." She said in disgust .

"She's a bitch ." I said firmly and she laugh whilst nodding in agreement .

"How about you Clary , have a plan already ?" she ask as she wiggle her eyebrows at me .

"Others than staying in my room and just lazily reading some good books or watching Netflix , no." I said truthfully , because that's literally what I did every summer break .

"What's the fun in that , you need to go outside while it's summer girl . I think I might just hanging out with my brother , I'll call you and you'll need to come with me." She said and I shakes my head at her .

"And imagine how awkward it would be , I don't think your brother wants me to come Anne , seriously." I said honestly , because who want to hang out with me anyway ? Let alone Anne's brother .

"No of course he wants you , you'll come and that's the end ." She state and I rolled my eyes , she's not going to giving up on this , I know it .

Well I'm just hoping that this summer would actually be a great summer for me , I mean I finally got a best friend after all right ? let's just wish it's a sign of a good thing .

This is my first fanfic ever that I kind of take seriously , I love Brooklyn and it's hard to find Brooklyn's fanfic that seems realistic , and ben tho it's fiction I still dislike fanfiction that us way too unrealistic . So yeah because of that I decide to write my own story , idek why am I doing this when I have crappy writing skill . Haha sorry .

I don't really expect much from this I mean at least I'm trying .
