Chapter 17 - Just a backup

After what happened on instagram with Brooklyn as what you could've guess everyone freaking out just because he called me 'babe' . I don't know why but everyone suddenly decide to believe that I'm his girlfriend , technically I can't just confront to the whole world that I'm not his girlfriend . Well I still have agreement with him , and Mike and friends also have instagram . So yeah all that I can do is basically shut up .

It's a hot day and I'm sitting on the park bench with Anne , I don't see Brooklyn here . Not that I want too though . We've been outside for like two hours now just talking about random things .

"When school start I bet you'll be so popular." She mutter out of nowhere as she smirks at me , I just roll my eyes at her . I don't want to be that popular girl at school like Grace , she's a mean bitch . I just want to actually fit in , being able to easily make friends .

All this time it's quite hard for me to make friends , it's probably because I'm unnoticeable . Nobody really recognize me , I know dating Brooklyn could make me 'noticeable' .

"Well I hope it's a good thing." I said jokingly . I don't really planning to be the 'it' girl on school , like I said I just want to be 'noticeable' . I never even invited to party , yes that party with Brooklyn was my first party . I know it's a simple thing , but I don't know I just wanted to be able to having fun in my teenage life like any other teenagers .

"Well Grace wouldn't be happy about it , I'm sure of it." Anne said as I shrug , I really don't care about Grace tho .

"I really don't care about her Anne."

"Yes I know , it just you never know what she will do to you." Anne said and honestly I believe in her , she use to bully people in school . Anne phone start buzzing as she picks it and roll her eyes at the screen .

"Mom needs me , I promise to go with her to visit my grandma today." She said and I huff at her .

"I was just about to ask you for ice cream." I frown at her making her chuckle , I really starving for some ice cream today but it couldn't be fun eating alone right .

"I'm sorry Clar , but you still can buy ice cream alone don't you." She said shaking her head jokingly .

"What's fun in eating ice cream alone." I pout at her .

"Where do you want to go for ice cream ?" Anne ask , and I raise an eyebrow at her . I don't see a point of why would she ask me where would I go get ice cream if she obviously can't go with me .

"There's an ice cream parlor near this park." I shrug it off and just tell her where , it can't harm anyone right .

"Oh that sounds lovely , sorry but I should probably go now." Anne said as I nod at her , I wave at her and she waves back finally leaving me alone .

Whatever I still can get ice cream on my own right . So I get up from the bench and start walking leaving the park , obviously heading to the ice cream parlor .

I see a few kids from my school but I don't really know them , yeah I highly doubt it if one of them even recognize that I go to the same school as them . I haven't seen Mike , Seb , Max, or Cassie around . Maybe they're busy today .

Like I said today is quite hot , so no wonder when I see the line on the ice cream parlor . I huff as I stand right on the very behind of the line , I think there's about 15 people right now . I take my phone and open twitter checking what's been happening .

I know every word to their song and yep I've wait along to the countdown on the first release of she's kinda hot . calum such a dork , of course he's late on his own song release .
