Chapter 12: nailed it

Erin smiled as she closed the door and walked back over by the living room was. "This is a sick place Erin" Adam said "agreed" Jay said and smiled. Everyone in the group began to mingle and talk, Adam and Erin, Kevin and Antonio, Jay and Kim. "You know, I haven't seen Jay smile that big or even much at all since you left. Now that you're back it's hard to catch him not smiling" Adam said to Erin as they both look over at Jay who was talking with Kim. Meanwhile Kim began working on Jay. Nobody knew it but Adam and Kim had secretly come up with a plan to get them back together. Everyone could see it and feel the sexual tension when they were in the same room. "Why are you doing this to yourself?" Kim asked Jay pulling him out of his stare at Erin. "Doing what?" Jay said playing dumb, "look dude everyone can tell how much happier you are now that she's back just imagine how much better it would be if you just made a move and got back together. You were miserable without her admit it" Kim says "ok fine I admit it I missed her and I still do miss her, but she just got back a few months ago and I don't know where her head or heart is at either" Jay responded which resulted in him being slapped on the chest by Kim "your being an idiot and I say that in the most respectful and loving way. Get your head out of your a** and make a move before she's gone for good" Kim says and Jay tries to hide his smile but fails miserably. "Seriously Erin you're just overthinking it, once you get back into it with him it will feel like no time has passed" Adam says to Erin who doesn't respond. "You look like you could use a beer" Jay said as he walked over "looks like you could use one too" Erin says and smiles as Jay motions towards the fridge. Kim leans back into Adam and they both watch as Erin and Jay walks to the fridge, "nailed it" Adam said and help up his fist for a fist bump.
