Jay cooked them each eggs and made coffee first both of them, he set them down on the table as Erin walked over and stood next to Jay looking up at him with a warm smile on her face. Jay gently laughed put his arm around her shoulders gently pulling her closer to him before crashing his lips against hers. They both smiled into the kiss before they sat down and ate breakfast together while also engaging in light conversation. They talked about everything from their favorite parts of the movie last night to place they've always wanted to visit and what Erin enjoyed about New York and what she didn't. After they finished breakfast they talked for a little longer before Jay checked the time "I should get going I gotta meet Will at med to figure out some stuff" Jay says with a disappointed tone as he taps the edge of his phone along the wooden table. "Well I hate for you to leave but our first date was nothing but perfect. Thank you" Jay leans forwards and stops just inches away from Erin's lips, he looks down at them and then back at her eyes "well it won't be the last" he says then kisses her "better not be" she says as their lips part .They both walk to the door and finally say goodbye for the day, "goodbye Jay I'll see you at work tomorrow" Erin said with a smile "goodbye beautiful I'll see you tomorrow" Jay says and smiles before kissing her goodbye and gently dropping her hands as he slowly backs away. Erin loved how Jay was acting like this was their first time together, he's been nothing but a gentleman and the only thing they've done is kissed and cuddled skin to skin of course, it was like they were back in high school the way they were acting but they both loved it and couldn't be any happier, they knew soon it would wear off and they'd fall back into their normal relationship routine as it was before but after being apart from each other for years neither of them minded nor did they wanna move to fast or worry about a label just yet. They just liked being around each other.
