Mattew 6:34 says, 'Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.'

Often, we worry about tomorrow. The tasks we have to get done, the plans we have, and the time we put towards different things. In a sense we are always in a rush, our minds have these subconscious schedules that we follow sometimes aimlessly daily. We worry about everything, from what will we eat to getting to work/school on time. Our lives are filled with stress and it's sometimes never ending. But God knows this, He knows You. So that is why Mattew 6:34 says, 'Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.'  God is literally saying to not worry about tomorrow for today has enough troubles.

For this week I encourage you to not worry about the events of tomorrow, focus on today. Do not stress but bring your stress to God and allow only Him to give you peace.

Also let me know how last week's Bible verse affected you and how you used the verse Ephesians 3:19 to change even the smallest part of your life:)
