It's time to rest
Make myself happy and contented
Free myself from unhappy surrounding
I guess it's time for a change
Yes darling, time to rest
It's been a long time
A long time for me to know what my worth is
I'm just a tool to make other people happy
Just a tool when they're tired and lonely
I used to think that I am important to them
But I'm just hurt by the fact that they just need me
I'm not dumb but I can't do a thing
I'm so used to be called out if they need something
Forget me then if they need nothing
My worth is getting lesser and lesser as the time passes
I'm getting completely ignored, completely out of their sight
But this is me, I can't complain
I can't burst out suddenly because I feel the pain
Yes, it's time to rest
Make myself feel the peace that I deserve to achieve
I'm not a dog who needs to follow someone around
I am me, and I am not a puppet for everybody
It's time to rest
Make my heart feel the love that I need
The genuine love that I can give to myself
It's self-love, there's no greater love than self-love
