Loki's eyes flew open as he gasped for breath. A sky covered by clouds was above him and it felt like he was lying on grass.

"Is this Hel?" He breathed. "Am I dead?"

"Not yet." A voice said. "But you will be unless you come with us."

Loki sat up and saw—

Himself?

Three different versions of himself, in fact.  Well, at least they looked like Loki Variants.

The first one was an older man wearing a ridiculous outfit, but at least he had some version of the horn helmet. The second one seemed more confident by the way he carried himself, and the third was a version of himself as a child, and...was he holding an alligator?

Loki quickly got to his feet and backed away a little bit. Even if these people were different versions of him, he didn't want to trust them right away.

"What is this place?" Loki asked, rushing out the words. "Where are we? Who are you?"

The older version of himself approached him first. "This is The Void." He answered. "That's Alioth," he pointed to a wall that looked like a raging storm cloud behind Loki (TVA) (Author- I'm just gonna put their identities in parenthesis so it's easier to tell who's who. Okay please continue). "And we're his lunch. Come on!"

Without another word, the three Variants walked off without waiting for him. Before running after them, Loki (TVA) looked over his shoulder to see a wall that looked like a giant storm cloud. Suddenly, the face of a beast appeared in the storm. The last thing Loki (TVA) heard before following his Variants was Alioth's roar.

Sylvie dragged Renslayer into one of the courtrooms and threw her on the ground. It was time she finally paid for all she'd done.

"Give me your TemPad," Sylvie ordered. Surprisingly, Renslayer complied.

"Who's really behind the TVA?" Sylvie demanded, pointing her pruner towards Renslayer.

"I'm as in the dark as you are." Said Renslayer, trying to get up. Sylvie pressed her foot on Renslayer's shoulder, pinning her to the ground.

"Poor Judge Renslayer." She taunted. "You're whole reality's been destroyed. Tell me, how does it feel to be on the other side of it?"

Sylvie released Renslayer and stepped back, cautiously watching her get up.

"This is it, isn't it?" Sylvie asked, looking around the room. "This is where you took me after you stole my life. A fitting place, then, to take yours."

"And what if I said Loki wasn't dead?" Renslayer blurted out. "Not yet, anyway."

"I'd say you were lying." Sylvie snapped.

Don't let her get to you. Sylvie told herself. Don't let her give you hope.

"Maybe." Said Renslayer. "Or maybe we want the same thing."

"How is he still alive?" Sylvie probed. "And how will saving him get us closer to who's really behind the TVA?"

It won't. Sylvie thought. She just knows my history with him.

"It's complicated," Renslayer said.

Sylvie took a step forward, pointing the sharp end of her pruner towards Renslayer.

"I'm telling you this willingly," Renslayer promised, putting her hands up and taking a step back in surrender.

"Why?" Sylvie growled, taking another step forward.
