Adalyn had decided to pack up everything and leave with Hayley, Jackson, and the twins to be sure they would be okay. It had started to storm badly which led them to have to travel on foot to safety and distance. Klaus had gone missing and that threw Adalyn into a spiral as she knew what that he meant.

"Tell the others they can go, we'll be fine from here," Adalyn spoke as Jackson shook his head

"They said they're not leaving us till we get where we're going," Jackson explained as she sighed

"So far, so good, let me hold them while you figure out where to cross," Mary spoke taking the twins

"What do you think?" Hayley questioned them

"Get across, get to the highway, steal a car, and just go," Jackson added in a tone

"Are you ok?" Hayley asked looking at the mo,

"It was a nice idea, have the twins, be a happy family, and raise my kids in a stable and loving home but here we are, running away from those we are supposed to love," Adalyn spoke as her voice cracked

"Adalyn," Jackson mumbled under his breath

"This morning when I told them they could go, I never let you off the hook and I'm sick of other people making sacrifices for me and fighting my battles," Adalyn stated to the woman

"Hey, that's what family is and it's the people you're born to and the people you choose, who stand beside you when things are hard and there ain't no place I'd rather be than right beside you, ok?" Hayley questioned them

"Okay, we should get as far as we can then," Adalyn agreed with a nod

Adalyn grabbed the twins back before walking across the river, she wanted to get as far as she could before Klaus came looking for her and the others. They had stopped for the night as it was growing darker and they needed rest.

"You should get some rest," Jackson spoke looking at Adalyn

"No, the twins are finally sleeping, Mary's watching her, which means that we have 5 minutes to think," Adalyn stated in response

"Okay, what's on your mind?" Hayley questioned the Hybrid

"I want to decide where we're going and I don't want to spend my life like this, always on the run, looking over our shoulders everywhere we go, I know, and I'm not afraid and I want something better for me, for them, so what do you think? Montana, North Dakota, Washington?" Adalyn asked looking between them

"We can go wherever you want," Jackson spoke as she nodded

"I know that I don't have to say this but you guys have done so much for the twins already and I owe you their lives for that," Adalyn spoke with tears

"Good evening, crescents, it will come as no surprise to learn that things will not be ending well for you," Klaus stated causing them to walk out of the tent

"Go back inside and get Hope, Henry, and Mary out of here," Jackson directed the girl

"I can help you," Adalyn stated in response

"We'll be right behind you," Jackson spoke with a nod

"Jack, Hayles," Adalyn pleaded with her

"Just get them and run," Hayley directed as she shook her head

"No, I'm not gonna teach my kids that it's ok to leave the ones you love to die so take her and get her as far away from here as you can. Mama's gonna catch up with you real quick, ok?" Adalyn spoke to the sobbing babies

"Okay," Mary mumbled before walking off

"Please don't do this, Klaus, she's gonna steal our babies," Adalyn pleaded with him

"It was you who tried to steal my children, and for that, you will suffer," Klaus stated with anger

Dahlia had begun chanting a spell which made them all go into wolf transitions, Adalyn fell to the ground in pain as she turned.  Klaus stood in front of her, watching as she whined out in pain and Adalyn only felt hurt and anger as she looked up at him, soon she turned into her wolf form.
