At Evan's house, we were welcomed cheerfully. Evan was looking at me with a bible in his hands. He was God-fearing and that was what made me attracted to him. At a point we locked eyes and then Mike noticed.
"I came here to find my mrs. anonymous and not for you guys to have a wedding" Mike said as I laughed gently
"So Kaylee how is school?" Evan asked calmly as he gently placed his bible in his center table. I looked at him and then smiled and gently voiced out "Fine". He then focused all his attention on Mike.
"So this lady has black and pink hair so I will firstly know what she does for a living or why she has black and pink hair or her saloon. I mean where she goes to get her hair done" Mike said
"Let's start with Saloon then we can proceed to other stuff" Mike said
"But how will you be able to know the saloon she goes to" I asked
"Good question. So, she has a driver because all of my boss' female friends has drivers. So I can go to her driver and ask" Evan said
"Isn't that fishy? Like I know he might not give you the answer straight ahead" I said
"And that is where you come in" Mike said
"How?" I and Evan chorused
"Evan is your friend right? So he can be like I am just asking for a friend" Mike said
"But how do you know the driver if don't you know the lady?" I asked
"All the drivers of my boss' female friends stay outside only their PA's go in" Evan said
"Nice plan" Mike said
"So when will I be getting information?" Mike also said
"By Saturday because I will have to ask all the drivers to ensure their boss has black and pink hair" Evan said
"It's far but we'll wait" Mike said
"Okay what can I offer you both?" Evan said
"No worry we're good. We will soon be leaving" Mike said
"Okay so tomorrow I will be on the lookout" Evan said
"Yes so bye Evan" I said as Mike stood up and we left. On our way home, Mike saw Jude with his friend Alisha
"Yo Lisha you look hot" Jude said as Alisha ignored him
"Yo Lisha, I said you look hot" Jude said as Mike intervened
"Yo Jude get a life. She is obviously ignoring you" Mike said as Jude walked away
"Mike, I think you should leave Jude alone" I said as Mike looked at me and smiled. When we got home, Mike fell on the bed and then dozed off.
