The next day, Mike and Evan went to work and I didn't have classes that day so I was bored. I scrolled through my snapchat looking for who to chat until I saw a name "Leo". Boom! He was one person I always had a fight with in high school but turned out to be a close friend. I then wanted to chat him until he called. What a miracle!. I picked the call full of life and energy as if I was ready for it.
"Hello.." Leo said with his deep and cute voice and immediately I heard it I stuttered. I didn't know how it happened and as if the worst could not happen I started coughing and Leo disconnected the call. I was fully embarrassed and as if life can't be more ironic immediately he ended the call the cough stopped. I was so furious although I called him back
"Hey Leo so sorry about the cough" I said
"Hi Kaylee there's no problem actually it's okay" Leo said
"So why did you call me?" I said
"I am actually in town and I decided to let you know" Leo said
"Okay.. So I know now uh huh" I said
"Don't be silly don't you want us to meet?" Leo said
"Let's go for coffee" I said and then I heard a voice from the background saying "Babe, are you not ready?" Immediately I heard it I was shocked
"Babe?" I asked
"Yeah she is my girlfriend and we are going on a date" Leo said
"Okay but it's morning" I said
"Yeah we are going to a party" Leo said
"And why?" I asked
"What do you mean why? To have fun.." Leo said
"Okay so about the meeting let's meet for coffee" I said
"But you know I hate coffee" Leo said
"Oh yeah so let's go for burgers then" I said
"Great so when and where?" Leo said
"Tomorrow and at your favorite McDonalds" I asked
"Perfect" Leo said
"Great so your on your way to a party right?" I said
"Yes so I will call you later" Leo said and then he disconnected the call. I was happy to hear from him. Immediately he ended the call, I was bored again. I then went to a coffee shop. As I was sipping the coffee, Laura came to me. Laura was one girl Mike liked but she turned him down.
"Hi Kaylee, What about Mike?" She asked
"Hi and Mike went to work" I said
"Oh Mike works? I never thought someone like Mike will give up smoking and start working. Like who will even hire him like he is so messed up" Laura said
"Stop it!" I said as I left the coffee shop. On my way home, I saw Evan
"Hi Kaylee" Evan said
"Hey Evan how are you?" I said
"Good" Evan said
"Aren't you supposed to be in work?" I said
"Yeah but someone came to my boss' house so he told me to leave and no It is not Mrs. Anonymous I asked the driver" Evan said
"Okay cool so can I go home with you?" I asked
" Sure but I am not going home now" Evan said
"And where are you going to?" I asked
"My girlfriend's house" Evan said as I dragged him to an alley
"What? Girlfriend?" I shouted
"Yeah her name is Erica" Evan said
"I thought you liked me? I thought you wanted me to be your girlfriend?" I asked
@"Yeah I did but you rejected me and then I fell in love with Erica" Evan said as I pushed him and ran home. Firstly, it was Leo, he asked me out but I rejected him and now he has a girlfriend and now Evan? And am jealous because I still like the both of them. Yes, I do. Why is that am cursed? Well I think I will be in the singles gang for a long time because no one I like is perfect for me. I need help both physically and spiritually. Well I stayed out late and came back by 10pm. I just slept without locking the door. The next day, I woke up and immediately I saw my surroundings I screamed.
