Luke's POV:
The feeling of Lainey's smooth skin against my hand has been stuck in my head since I dropped her off at her dorm last night. Well it was more like early this morning.
We stayed at that bar for hours last night before coming back to campus and hanging out in her dorm.
I don't know what possessed me to approach her like that but in the middle of my drunken stupor I tried staking my claim on her. I'm still a little embarrassed that I said what I said but at the same time her response slightly confused me.
Agreeing with me was probably her way of placating my drunk feelings but I cant tamper down the rise of emotions that are swirling around in my chest. Maybe that little flirty stunt was just like she told me, nothing.
Although, seeing her with that guy made my blood fucking boil. I didn't like that way he touched her.
Lainey showed up to the bar and captivated the entire place. She looked incredible with all that skin on display. Her face was painted with makeup and her hair cascaded down her back in waves.
Gone was Lainey the shadow, the woman who took her place was who everyone pictured when they thought of her, the widely known and loved Lainey Beaumont.
It's crazy to me how unaware Lainey is. Getting to know her I can tell that she has no idea the true affect she as on people. Everyone that meets her can't help but absolutely adore the girl.
She is a man-eater. The very definition of sex on legs and I cant get enough of her. Every interaction I have with her I spend eating up her attention. Lainey is truly one of a kind and my plan to make her mine is still in full action.
No matter what it takes. Even if I get her for one day, just one taste, I would do it. I know that a one night stand with Lainey wouldn't be enough to satisfy the hunger I feel for her, but I would take any little sliver I could get.
I'll even take the attention I could get as her friend. I of course would like to think that we are friends but I don't know how Lainey feels in that regards.
Not only is Lainey gorgeous, she is also an incredible person. I have a deep rooted level of respect and admiration for the girl. She's the type of person you meet once and know without a doubt she has the whole world at her fingers. No matter how big or small, Lainey is going to change the world.
