"I guess you never know, never know. And if you wanted me, you really should've showed."

~*~*~

The wedding is in two days and Hallie is literally the most relaxed person I've ever seen. I'm not getting married and I'm more nervous than she is.

"Hallie how are you not freaking out you are getting married in two days?"

We are laying down sunbathing next to the Hughes' pool. Personally I think it's ridiculous to have a pool when you live on the lake but they are millionaires so who am I to judge.

She turns to look at me, popping her sunglasses down the bridge of her nose. "Loving Quinn is as easy as breathing. A marriage certificate and a pretty dress isn't going to change anything. I mean christ I shoved two of his big headed children out of my vagina, a wedding has no effect on how I feel for him."

Laughter bubbles out of my lips. Odessa snickers from Hallie's other side.

"True that. You should have seen it Lainey. This girl is like 0 feet tall and both Lilah and Waylon rolled out of her with heads like two watermelons."

"Rolled my ass, it was like shoving a bowling ball through a straw."

Laughing I stretch out like a cat on the lawn chair. I've been spending all my time with Hallie and Odessa. The two of them are so hilarious I'm always crying of laughter.

"Hey atleast you got two beautiful babies out of it." Odessa says after a few moments.

I take a peak over at Hallie before I decide to go for it. "Could have fooled me. Waylon is literally Brock 2.0"

A growl rips out of Hallies throat as she sits up. "Did he tell you to say that?"

"No but Luke did."

Might as well throw him under the bus while I'm at it. She jumps off the chair and grabs a handful of my hair like she's a damn banshee.

Suddenly she's dragging me towards the pool. Forgetting about easing the pain of my hair I grab the straps of my top to keep it on. "Hallie!"

"Shouldn't have done it Lainey."

"Stop my tits are gonna fall out."

"Good, it will give the boys a show." She stops yanking on me to show me that all the guys are standing on the back patio, watching us with open mouths.
