TIME SKIP
It doesn't take too long for the girl finally get hold of herself, she's counting day. It's been nearly one month Sunoo stop coming to take care of her, part of her badly need support system at this rate but she's the one who ruin the situation.
"The nurse told me you didn't take ur medicine? We all now trying to help you to get better, why won't you tolerate!" He deep sighed left the guy lips as he pinch his torso.
Haneul give back the glare and rolls her eyes before she continues to zone out while looking out at the window. "You think acting like this can solve your problem? The one who left are already destined to be, the one who live need to continue to life in order to survive. Yes everything may be not in your way now, but soon or later your time will come.
It's all about timing. Accept the fate and move on, everyone has problem , everyone has their own life that they need to take care of . No ones wish for their love on to die, but if that's what the fate already wrote, you can't blame the fate.
Life is all about faith and timing, when your times come everything will be perfect like you always dreamt of. If you trust that rainbow will come after the rain then you must trust your life will be better once this hard patch pass."
Jay voice sounds desperate but reassuring at the same time, all he ever wanted was for her to discharge and start her new life. Even the psychiatric he send can't even get small detail about haneul, only if she open up to the doctor but every session was filled with silence.
Haneul turned her head and look at jay while her eyes soften as she bits her lips, fiddling her finger . She couldn't utter a single word when everything jay said just now is true.
She lowered her head, not saying anything but a soft sobbed could be heard second later. Crying already come part of her daily life.
"I want to go back home.."
Finally, at least deep in her hearts want to open up to him. His word get the best of her. She look up to him, her eyes are red so are her nose. Her tears are like broken glass that couldn't stop falling like rain.
"I want to get better, I want to go back home.. but I'm afraid, I'm afraid of everything. The world turn it's back on me, I have no reason to live.. I'm afraid..".
That's it, she cried, at last she finally tell him what's hiding inside her hearts. She feels like the burden on her chest finally disappear.
"help me..."
Her voice sounds desperate, at the end of the cliff she turned back and call for help. She's just a little girl that want to be saved, her trauma and pain, no one ever try to study those emotions inside her.
The doctor was about to answer the girl but another familiar voice interrupt whole they both follow the footsteps that step inside the room.
"that's what you should've said to me before, I'm always here to help you. So don't ever think I'm turning my back on you too, if I did I wouldn't be here after having sleepless night thinking about how you're doing on your own while I left you alone.." Sunoo says, placing few stuff on the bedside table.
"You're like my sister, I got your back. You got mine." He says reassuringly, slowly he sit beside haneul and wrapped his arm around her shoulder.
"let's get you out of here, we start again. From bottom, until the end. With me." He smiles and she cried, sobbing on his chest, venting her feelings to him. The emotion and unspoken word she been holding back before. All she want is to express.
Not her step mother has ever teach her to express.
She remember it clearly, when she fall. She only informed to get up and smile, no one asked her wether it's hurt or not.
