As night descended upon them, Conrad tossed and turned uneasily inside the cramped confines of the R.V. Hours had slipped away since Glenn and the others had departed, leaving behind an unsettling silence broken only by the occasional sniffle from Carol in the back room. Andrea sat nearby, her movements sharp and agitated as she methodically cleaned her gun for what felt like the thousandth time that night.

Meanwhile, Dale maintained a vigilant watch from the roof, his eyes scanning the darkness for any signs of danger. Daryl and Sniper prowled the perimeter, their movements fluid and cautious, ensuring they wouldn't be caught off guard by any wandering walkers in the dead of night.

As the wails from Carol continued, slowly growing louder each minute, Conrad sat up from the R.V. floor, glancing over at the inconsolable woman before turning to Andrea who seemed unbothered by Carol's cries and focused solely on the gun she was taking apart.

"I need my clip, now." He whispered, walking over to the blond while gathering his things. Carol's cries, mixed with the uneasy feeling of worry, were keeping him up; He needed to do something before he drove nuts inside that R.V.

"I'm gonna take a walk through the woods, search for the girls... see if we missed anything," Conrad explained, glancing back at Carol's whose gaze met his, a moment of hope in her eyes which silenced her wails.

Conrad averted his gaze, not particularly adept at handling emotions. Micah had always been the one better suited for comforting others and knowing how to ease their distress while Conrad was better at confrontation when things got out of hand. Micah was better with words, but Conrad was more of a hothead, often speaking with his fists instead.

And yet, despite their differences, their contrasting strengths made them a formidable duo. Micah's calm and composed nature balanced out Conrad's fiery temperament, creating a dynamic partnership that complemented each other's abilities.

"I'm coming with you," Andrea announced, passing a flashlight to the younger teen and quickly putting her gun back together as Conrad stepped out of the R.V.

From his vantage point on the roof, Dale observed with confusion as Andrea and Conrad emerged from the R.V., armed and prepared to go on another search. The late hour puzzled him; their original plan hadn't involved any nighttime excursions.

"We're just going for a walk, gonna shine some light in the forest. If any of the girls are still out there, it'll at least give them something to look at so they'll know the way." Conrad explained, acknowledging Dale's uneasiness toward the fact.

"Are you sure that's a good idea right now with everything going on?" Dale asked the teen, flashing his light over at him with a concerned expression.

"Dale, don't start." Andrea huffed, shaking her head at him and shoving Conrad forward before Dale could protest any further.

"We'll be right back, we won't go far I promise," Conrad reassured the older man while being pushed forward by Andrea, passing by Daryl and Sniper who were on perimeter watch.
