"How does it look?" For what feels like the hundredth time, I step out of the bathroom into the bedroom and stop in front of Liana, who is spread out on my bed reading a book.

Rolling her eyes, she looks up from her novel, looking at me with amusement. "Looks good. Just as good as the 40 outfits before it. Rae, let's be honest!" she straightens up. "The way Lando looks at you, he doesn't care what you are wearing anyway. You could show up in your pajamas and he would compliment you."

Desperately, I fall down next to her and reach for the book that Liana had just been reading. 'The Deal' by Elle Kennedy. "Maybe I should ask Lando if he has another hot friend for you, then you won't have to read those smutty books anymore." I joke.

"Ha ha ha. Now keep that outfit on. Lando will love it." She squeezes my arm reassuringly.

I slowly get up from my bed and turn in a circle in front of the mirror. "I am so nervous." I admit.

In the reflection I can see Liana looking at me over the edge of her book. "Rae, this man adores you and literally everything you do."

I stroke down my dress. "He's really nice."

Liana raises her eyebrow.

"And hot." I add with a smile.

"He is hot and nice. I mean he is not quite the rich man we thought we will find for you but as long as he makes you happy."

I gasp. "Liana, it's not all about money."

Liana lets her head fall back laughing. "I'm joking, babes. You know I am the last one to care about money. But maybe he still has some rich friends though." she winks at me.

Rolling my eyes, I apply lipstick before stashing it in my purse and reaching for my phone to put it in my bag as well.

I'm about to close the bag when my phone pings.
