Very short little blurb
Eddie never saw himself as a married man. He didn't want to conform to the world's view of marriage. He loved his partner more than anything and they knew that. Why did he need to propose and spend a shit ton of money on a wedding for them to know that? And if for some ungodly reason they ever wanted a divorce that's a shit ton of more money!
But when he came home from work after a long day and saw his partner wearing one of his oversized hoodies and pajama pants, dancing around the kitchen while cleaning and listening to their favorite songs on full blast he suddenly found the appeal of getting married.
He wanted to walk in on this scene many times in his lifetime.
He went out the next day and bought an engagement ring.
