Truths And Lies [Megastar - TFP]

Silence had taken the situation in its grip, all the present bots confused and shocked by her words.

"Her children? Was she referring to Megatron and the other bot? Was this Megatron's carrier?"

These questions gripped the minds of the remaining four Decepticons present, as they started at the small femme.
The Warlord, on his side, was distinctively shocked and unsettled by her presence, like he had seen a ghost.

Megatron: "...mother."

His unsure tone led to thinking he didn't know she was still online, let alone on Earth! She walked up to him, smiling with enthusiasm.

[___]: "Come on, darling, is this the way to say hi to your carrier?"

He hesitantly kneeled down, getting to her height, and she almost immediately jumped in his servos, wrapping her arms around his neck cables and hugging him tightly.
The Warlord was visibly surprised by this, but he reluctantly hugged back, looking down at the ground, well knowing his soldiers would later demand a valid explanation.

The bot broke the hug and looked over at said soldiers and smiled, knowing his son had become one of the strongest warriors of Cybertron's history. Her gaze fell upon Soundwave, admiring the faceless bot she already knew by time.

[___]: "Hello once again, Soundwave, how is the most intelligent bot I have ever known?"

She smiled warmly at him, and a little blush appeared on the bot's screen. He nodded, walking up to her and bowing, respecting the roles as she was the mother of his lord.

[Record]: "It is a pleasure to see you again, Miss Eclipse, hi Moon."

With that sentence, the other Decepticons learned that 'Eclipse' was the name of their lord's creator, while Moon seemed to be the little sparkling no one noticed, glued to their mother's stabilizer. The Decepticons walked closer, and slowly, presentations began.
After everyone had told the femme their desination and status, all with a slight bow, they gave her space and looked up at her son again, admiring his scarred faceplate.

Eclipse: "You've become even more attractive, I hope you finally found someone. You know I want grandchildren."

She had such a warm smile, optics filled with happiness and hope, and the Warlord's spark ached, knowing she would have been disappointed to know he was still alone.
Then, he felt obligated to lie, to maintain her hopes and smile. He had to.

Megatron: "...yes I... I have."

Knockout's otpcis widen. He was the one who knew everything on the Nemesis, and he surely didn't know about any affair that included the Warord. Although, he immediately noticed the happiness and hope in his carrier's optics and immediately understood the lord's reasonings.

Eclipse: "Is she pretty? Or maybe he's a mech? Oh, I can't wait to meet them!"

In no time, Soundwave opened another ground bridge and brought back on the Nemesis the group and its new members. They all went back to their tasks, and Megatron asked Soundwave to hold his carrier and sister while he talked with Knockout.
Both the Lord and the medic stopped in the medbay, the sport car knew why.

Knockout: "So, you need an improvised sparkmate?"

Megatron: "Do your best, don't make me regret asking you."
