The news spread quickly. Too quickly.

Heavy, angry steps could be heard out of Megatron and Starscream's shared quarters. However, only the Warlord was in it at the moment.
And then Fireblaze barged in.

Fireblaze: "YOU GOT HIM SPARKED!?"

He was just too tired to handle this, so he just nodded without drifting his attention from the Datapad in his servo.

Fireblaze: "SO HE'S NOT INFERTILE!"

Megatron: "Seems like it."

Fireblaze: "...and how many are they?"

Megatron: "...none of your business."

Fireblaze decided that that answer wasn't acceptable, and she angrily stomped to the berth, but a voice stopped her.

Eclipse: "Megatron"

The femme turned around and saw her carrier standing in the doorframe, a heavily disappointed expression on her faceplate.

Eclipse: "So he lied."

Megatron: "He didn't. He just didn't know he was ferti-"

Eclipse: "He's carrying six sparklings. There is no way he didn't know of such fertile forge."

Megatron: "Still, it was unexpected, but he agreed to keep the-"

Eclipse: "We will not keep the Sparklings."

Those words shook Megatron to his own core.

Megatron: "....we?"

Eclipse: "Yes, I've decided that Starscream is not a suitable partner for you, the ceremony won't happen, and those sparks will never come to this world."

Megatron: "...those sparks are my children."

Eclipse: "And my grandchildren!"

Megatron: "YOU HAVE NO SAYING IN THIS!"

It was the first time.
The first time that Megatron finally spoke up against her.
It cost him a right hook to the faceplate, tho.

Fireblaze: "We have all the saying in this because you're nothing more than an unwanted accident, a disgrace!"

Those words were much more hurtful than the bent metal of his cheek plate, but for some reason, unknown to him, the Warlord didn't back down and gave back the punch. Fireblaze didn't have time to avoid it, and she fell down aft on the floor.
Eclipse didn't seem happy.

Eclipse: "...do not dare touch your sister."

The tension was unberable, Megatron's gaze, clearly representing his destroyed self, and Eclipse's raging optics, fixed on her son.

Eclipse: "I am your carrier-"

Megatron: "And I am the Leader of the Decepticons! The owner of this ship, I command the entire army that walks these corridors and as I am as well an ex-gladiator of Kaon! You are on my ship, so I'm the only one who has the final say, especially in a matter where you have absolutely nothing to do with!"

Both femmes were shocked. The tone, the words, the firm voice, it all reminded Eclipse of that one mech that changed her life.

Eclipse: "...you are a disgusting affront to our family name!"

What shocked the femme even more was that her words did not affect the mech at all, and beaten by her own son, she left the room, Fireblaze following right after.
