It was a rather lazy day, the Warlord had spent the entire morning in his quarters, and both Eclipse and Moon couldn't be seen, so all of Megatron's tasks were delegated to Starscream.
The Seeker wasn't bothered by the amount of work but rather by the three hours spent reading and examining Vehicons reports and feedback from the various missions.

When he finished that incredible amount of work, heading to the control room, he noticed the corridors to be quite empty for a war spaceship. With a careless step, he bumped into a bigger bot, but before he could shout at them to look where they go, he realized he bumped into Lord Megatron himself.
The Seeker looked around a bit, and seeing or hearing no one, he didn't feel the need to lie.

Starscream: "Good afternoon, my liege. Is there any specific reason why the Nemesis seems completely empty?"

Megatron: "I wasn't aware of the absence of the army, but it's probable that all the Vehicons have been assigned to missions, os there are no left on the Nemesis. One more thing, would you perhaps accept to go on a little flight with me?"

The Seeker was slightly skeptical, but he hypothesized that it was probably another thing organized by Eclipse, and in that case, he couldn't say no.

~

It had been a rather long while since Starscream's last flight, and Megatron wasn't used to fly for fun, so the Seeker understood how the Warlord couldn't keep with him.
He just couldn't care less.

He flew, such speed hadn't been seen in the Seekers ranks for such a long time, even back in Vos, Starscream was considered the fastest flier of the city, that is also why, when Megatron asked to know the best flier, he was presented with the slim backstabbing glitch.
The Warlord struggled to keep up with the speed and ability of the Seeker but did not back down. The two flew around like sparklings in the middle of a game, and Starscream was feeling happier than ever since the moment he joined the Decepticon army.

Passed half an hour, the two reached the location they were heading at, and landed in front of a cave. Walking inside, Starscream started hearing some voices but was more concentrated on the breathtaking sight of the cave filled with bright, reflecting cristals all over the walls and ceiling.
He tried to touch one, and it changed color.
He was positively dumbfounded.

Just a couple more steps, and they ended up in the center of the cave. In a corner there were Eclipse, Moon, Fireblaze, Knockout and Soundwave, but Starscream didn't mind them when Megatron took his servo.
A small glare reached the Seeker, and he knew it was the big style proposal, specifically for Exlipse. He was fine with that, he just needed to lie, nothing more.

Megatron led his fake sparkmate to the altar on the center of the room, and on it, there were two pendants. Knockout had commissioned those pendants specifically for the occasion. The Warlord and the Seeker then stopped in front of the altar and looked at each other.
The bigger bot knelt down, and fake tears came up in the Seeker's optics. He covered his intake with one of his servos, and Megatron took the other in his ones.

Megatron: "My love..."

His tone was a bit forced, but not enough for the others to notice, and since they couldn't see the Seeker, he rolled his optics a bit.

Megatron: "...will you- will you make me the happiest bot alive, and... become my conjux?"

Those words were spat out with much effort and equal struggle, but convincing enough to pass as being anxious. Starscream took the Warlord's free servo in his other one, and nodded, faking an emotional cry.

Starscream: "I'd be honored to, my love!"

He was so convincing that Megatron almost believed him for a moment, and that moment felt somehow oddly beautiful. After they placed both pendants at each other's neck cables, Megatron got up and looked at his carrier, who was now even crying.
He looked at Knockout and Soundwave, those complete idiots.

The medic was intertwining his digits while looking at us, and the Third in Command had on his visor the sentence "kiss him".
Looking again at his carrier, Megatron didn't think it would have been such a tragedy.

He kissed Starscream.

Cupped his cheek plates with his own servos, and kissed the Seeker. Starscream, on his side, was absolutely shocked, but didn't pull away. They kissed, officially, and a cheering yell came from Eclipse.

~

When they came back on the Nemesis, Megatron laid in his berth looking at the ceiling of his quarters, questioning himself and his motives. He didn't want to admit it, but the kiss was somehow pleasant, was it the fact that his carrier was happy to fill him with that weird sensation?

Megatron: "It surely couldn't have been Starscream, that little twitch of his wings, nah, how shocked he was, but still didn't pull away...? Not that, absolutely not even his cold, soft, well polished lips, our glossas sliding together, his one was small confronted to mind tho..."

Thinking aloud, the Warlord realized what had just said.
Could he be staring to actually appreciate Starscream? Like him even? Impossible
