The screen was covered in schemes for a surprise attack, but that wasn't the center of attention, not anymore after Megatron and Starscream walked into the meeting room, servo in servo. Eclipse looked over at her son and then moved her gaze toward the Seeker holding servos with him, and her expression filled with happiness.

Eclipse: "So he's my new son-in-law? It's a pleasure to meet you!"

She ran up to the Seeker, shaking his free servo as the other was being held by the bigger bot beside him. Starscream looked at her, a slightly awkward smile crept up on his faceplate as he shaked her servo back.
Without any kind of notice, Fireblaze came up to the "lovers" and stared down at the Seeker, coming out with a not very respectful whistle of appreciation.

Fireblaze: "You got yourself a nice piece of aft, I see. How did such a sexy bot like you end hooked up with my brother?"

Those words were such a spear through Starscream's metallic skin, his smile faded in seconds, and he instinctively squeezed Megatron's servo. The Warlord didn't know what that meant, but he moved, positioning himself ahead of the Seeker and sheltering him from the hungry gaze of the large femme.
Megatron growled lowly at his sister, letting her know that that kind of taking wasn't allowed about his Seeker. She growled back, but before the two could start a real fight, the carrier separated them, just clearing her throat cables.

Eclipse: "I'd like for you two not to fight in front of my new son-in-law and Fireblaze, avoid this kind of comments."

Her cold tone pierced through the femme's spark as she backed away, letting Starscream relax. On his side, the Seeker observed the white bot and smiled at her, feeling real protection for the first time in a while.

Starscream: "Thank you very much, I'm Starscream, and also, we're... we're not at spark bonding yet."

The Seeker awkwardly admitted, and Megatron was dumbfounded by his incredible ability. His lying skills had always been pretty alarming, and this was yet another example.
The Warlord, to let them get the lie, placed his servos on both of Starscream's shoulder plates and kept the Seeker close to his frame, holding him away from Fireblaze.

Megatron: "We're not at that point yet, but I can assure you, little sister, that this relationship is very serious for me."

Those words struck something inside all the presents. He said it, a relationship, they were now pictured as lovers.
All the soldiers in the room stopped and looked at the two before quickly resuming their tasks, assuming it was some kind of prepared plan over something.

The tension between Megatron and Fireblaze was palpable, but Eclipse, at the moment, was too busy observing Starscream to notice. She immediately started inspecting his son's lover's frame and appearance.
She smiled at the sight of his wings, polished perfectly and so well taken care of. A Seeker's wings were their biggest pride, and she seemed happy to know her son conquered this bot's spark.

Eclipse: "Oh, Starscream, you're gorgeous, my dear. Your paint is perfect, and look at those wings, so pretty and well treated, I bet it takes much time to treat the marks that big dork of my son leaves on them."

A light chuckle got out of her dermas while she winked at him, and Starscream literally lit up. He blushed immensely, ashamed of the thoughts that kicked their way into his processor, caused by her words.
He quickly tried to change the topic, but she kept making lewd remarks about the Seeker and the Warlord, and Megatron, with a surprising lying ability he didn't know he had, stopped his carrier's teasing.

Megatron: "We haven't got to that point either. We're going slow, properly."

A lightning struck through Fireblaze's optics, and she knew something was off.
She was pretty sure Megatron wouldn't have thought twice about jumping on such a bot if he actually liked him.
