...I feel so damn stupid. I found my pendrive on the table in my room under the tissue box I have. *Sigh* Stupid blonde moments. When I thought I lost it, I got my brother, my mum and my dad to look for it. When my sister came back, I told her to come look for it in my room with me and we found it in my room. ...They started laughing at me. Anyways, late happy birthday to Mickey and enjoy this chapter! Chapter 5
Alexander’s POV
The portal dropped us off in the woods of some place. I stumbled but landed on my feet. I looked around but I didn’t see Hector or Helen. I called their names and I heard someone answer from up above on tree. I looked up to see the both of them dangling on a tree in an awkward position. Hector was on his stomach and Helen was flying around him clearly laughing while Hector was scowling at her.
“You doing ok up there, Hector?” I shouted.
“I’m kind of stuck!” he yelled back. “Your stupid portals need to warn me before landing and my good-for-nothing cousin over there, is enjoying her view and refuses to help me down claiming I’m too heavy!”
I chuckled at that comment. “Down,” I said.
Hector floated off the tree and came slowly towards the ground with Helen behind him. Hector huffed a sort of thanks and glared down at Helen who couldn’t stop her giggling. I studied my surroundings and realised where we were. I made a face and sighed heavily.
Hector and Helen looked at me. “What’s wrong?” Helen asked.
“Never thought I’d be back here so soon,” I muttered.
Hector gave me a confused look. “Huh?”
“I’ve been at this school for the past six years,” I explained. “I just left this place two days ago to be free this island but I appeared in Valhalla with a quest to complete.” We started walking towards the entrance of the woods. I realised something. “I just remembered something about the entrance,” I informed. “Only authorized people can enter. It’s charmed.”
Hector grunted. “Then how do we get in?”
“Can you not get in anymore?” Helen asked. “Or has your ‘authorization’ been terminated?”
I gave her a look. “Yes. It has been terminated if you had to put it that way.”
“Then how can we get in?” she asked.
I tapped my chin as I folded my arms. That was when I remembered the Iternis back in the woods. I glanced at the other two and wondered how they will cope but then again we didn’t have any other choice.
“I remember a way,” I told them. “There is a device called an Iternis which can take us anywhere we want. But long distances can kill us without a guardian necklace. Unfortunately, I don’t have one. The school isn’t really that far and the worst that could happen is a bad headache.”
Helen hummed. “Alright.”
“This better not get me stuck somewhere,” Hector muttered.
I smirked as I lead them back towards the Iternis. The black hole of the Iternis was now in front of us. I gestured for the two to go through.
“What the hell is this?” Hector asked.
“It’s the Iternis,” I answered.
“You didn’t freaking say it was a black hole!”
I rolled my eyes as I pushed both of them into it. I walked through it after them. All of us stumbled into the school basement. A flying glove came towards us. Helen and I ducked but Hector didn’t see it. It hit Hector square in the face. Helen and I tried to stop ourselves from laughing. Hector grunted but stayed quiet, clearly angry.
