Chapter 18

Third POV

The battlefield was going crazy. Alexander didn't know whether he should fight as much as he could or heal instead. He saw Vergil fighting Demise and Ares. He had to help somehow. Vergil transformed and kicked Demise towards Pain and his six Paths. Yuna looked at each of the Paths and Demise. Vergil grabbed Demise and brought him back to his area before letting Yuna carry on.

Kakashi back flipped next to her. "Their eyes are linked. Watch out."

"Thanks," she smiled. She pulled out her staff. She stood with her legs apart and moved her staff behind her. An insignia appeared below her and light headed into the sky. From the light in the sky came a large purple, red and cream feathered bird. "Valefor!" she yelled. The bird flew into the air beside her. She stood straight with her staff in front of her. She spun it twice as fire came to her hands. She pushed the fire downwards before putting her hand on the ground. Another insignia showed up. The ground came up from underneath her and sandwiched between the ground was a fiery animal. It roared at the earth between it broke. Yuna fell onto it's arm and they landed on the ground. "Ifrit!" It roared once again. She stood with her staff in front of her once again. She concentrated and thunder started coming to her staff. The thunder came faster and it concentrated on the top of the staff. She swung her staff to the sky. But an insignia appeared in the air. Thunder flashed around it. Out of the insignia came a horse like unicorn that had a strange sort of horn. It had lightning flashing around it as it galloped onto the beach. "Ixion!" She brought her staff to her again and concentrated before pointing it in the air. Purple petals came from the sky and a large red, yellow and orange armoured samurai showed up from behind a tree. "Yojimbo!" The four Aeons she summoned stood in front of her. She put her staff on her back and pulled out her guns. “Let’s go!”

The four Aeons headed straight for the Six Paths but they were stopped by Alexander, the Eidolon, who landed beside them. Yuna looked at him. Alexander nodded at her. She smiled before the five Aeons and herself started running straight towards the Paths.

Link used his shield to stop the dark magic Sephiroth was throwing at him. He needed a chance to attack. But Sephiroth wouldn’t let him. Sephiroth smirked as he slammed his 8 foot katana down on his shield.

“Hide for your life, pathetic human,” Sephiroth laughed evilly.

Link pushed his katana off his shield and took his sword, the Master Sword, out. “I’ve seen worse than you.”

“Is that so?”

Link lunged at Sephiroth and Sephiroth jumped back. Link put his sword and shield away and put his hands together. He slammed his hands on the ground. “Din’s Power!!” he yelled.

Fire appeared around Link like a red see-through barrier and headed straight towards Sephiroth. Sephiroth watched it come towards him before slashing at fire coming towards him. He didn’t notice Link pulling his bow and arrows out and shot it at Sephiroth. Sephiroth saw it and managed to slice the arrow. Link threw another arrow at him.

Sephiroth shook his head. “Aren’t you being a little naïve?”

Link smirked as Sephiroth was about to slice the arrow again. “Boom.”

Sephiroth sliced it and a bomb blew. Tifa kicked Creon back. Creon wiped the blood from his mouth. He smirked before making a sword. She stood in her defensive position. She pulled her steel gauntlets down properly and ran towards Creon. Creon ran towards her too and attempted to slash at her but she grabbed his sword with one hand and punched him with the other.
