Evelyn's POV:
I woke up in this vessel that has suddenly opened on its own. I jump out, afraid that I couldn't see the chosen. As soon as I look around, another pod opens and then 'My lord!' I catch this heavy dragonborn as he falls from the pod. 'Are you alright? I have been looking everywhere. Then the next moment I'm in this shithole,' the dragonborn looks at me confused. 'Why did you call me lord? Where are we?' he said as I help him stand up straight. 'My lord, it's me, your father's favorite bodyguard. I'm sworn to protect you and care for you. But do not fear, you'll get your memories back someday,' I smile at him as the dragonborn sighs. 'Alright then, let's get out of here.' I take the lead first, thinking about what Orin did to him that he could lose so much memory. I was lost in thought for a moment as it broke a Githyanki standing in front of us, saying 'Thrall, this is your en-' something happening, a sensation. I can read her thoughts. I pull out my sword, ready to attack this Githyanki, but my lord stops me.'No, do not fight her. Maybe she knows how to get off the hell hole.' The Dragonborn stands between us, then he turns around looking at the Githyanki. 'And we ain't no thralls,' the Githyanki smiles and puts her sword away 'Vlaakith blesses me this day,' she said. Then she looked at me, 'You can put your weapon away.' I was on guard, ready to attack if my lord changes his mind about her, but I do like the Githyanki. She stood her ground, 'Put your weapon away, Bodyguard,' he looked at me intimidatingly. I sighed, put my weapon away, then said, 'One wrong move, Gith, I'll gut you until your dying breath,' pulling the dragonborn behind me. The Githyanki looked confused, then shook her head. 'Let's go to the helm; that's where the transponder is.' As she said that, we heard imps screeching. The Githyanki look at them, then us, and she smirks, "Now you can use your sword, drow." I look at her, trying to hide the smile. A bodyguard can't show emotion; if I did that, who knows what his father would do to me. Again, I shook my head and said, "My lord stay here, I'll let you know when it's safe for you." I walk in where the imps are and started killing every last one until the room goes silent. The Githyanki is watching me kill the imps, she's memorizing my every move. 'How did you get such a phenomenal bodyguard?' The Githyanki looks up at the dragonborn. The dragonborn tries to remember, but he starts getting a really bad headache. 'I don't know anything about my past. Hells, I'm lucky enough to remember my name,' He says with a sigh. I finished killing the imps and walk back all bloody. 'My lord, it's safe for you to walk through,' I smiled warmly, only for the chosen, no one else, or his father will punish me. I can't lose another eye,' the dragonborn nods. 'Thank you, bodyguard... bodyguard?' I look at him warmly. 'Yes, my lord?' He looks at me, then looks away awkwardly, trying to figure out how and why I'm his Royal bodyguard. "Uh...um, how did we meet?" I look at him as I put my sword away. "It's a long and complicated story, but when we're safe, I can tell you how we met." The Githyanki look at us for the moment then start walking away. 'Come, we have to reach the helm to land on the material plane,' she said in a rush. The dragonborn and I walked then climbed the ladder. Once we opened the door, all we could see was a bunch of mindflayer stuff, and I kept the dragonborn near me. The Dragonborn got annoyed because I was pulling him behind me.
The dark urge POV:
This woman keeps pushing me behind her. I know it's her job, but still, she can use her words like a normal being. I sigh and look at the people on the table. Then a flashback hits me: an unclean operating table with my guts spilling out. When I snap back, my headache grows worse. Then a warm touch on my arm. 'My lord, are you alright?' I look down at my bodyguard and nod. 'I just got a really bad heada-', I stop and hear a thud. I look behind and see a person trapped in the pod. A woman was yelling and begging for help. I approached the pod, and the lady in the pod noticed me. 'You! Get me out of this damn thing,' she cried out, hoping I would save her. Then the Githyanki got aggravated, 'Are you going to really risk your life for a stranger? Let's go.' I didn't have a chance to respond; the lady in the pod begged, 'Please, I don't want to be trapped in here!' I looked at the control panel next to her pod while my bodyguard stood ready.I look at my bodyguard. 'I want you to set this lady free. Do you know how?' My bodyguard examined the pod and nodded. 'Step back,' my bodyguard said as she broke the door off, and the lady fell out. My bodyguard caught her. I look at the half-elf, my bodyguard, then the half-elf looks up at my bodyguard. 'Thank you for sav-' Another sensation; the half-elf has the tadpole too. Once the sensation is over, the half-elf looks at the githyanki. 'You keep dangerous company,' my bodyguard said. 'Dangerous company is what we need in a fight,' the half-elf looks at my bodyguard. 'True, my name is Shadowheart.' My bodyguard didn't tell her name yet. She said, 'I'm the Dragonborn Royal Bodyguard. It's nice to meet you, Shadowheart.' The githyanki grows restless. 'Can we go now?' Shadowheart looks at the githyanki: 'She's right, let's move.' Now it's just the four of us. When we get to the helm, a fight is going on and my bodyguard looks at me softly. 'My lord, you know the rule. Wait until I'm done,' I cut her off. 'No, I don't want you to face the battle alone. I'm fighting whether you like it or not,' I said in an annoyed tone. My bodyguard looks very sad. 'I don't want you hurt, my lord. It's bad enough you've lost your memory,' she said softly and tried to get me out of the room. 'I promise, it'll be over in ten seconds. Just close your eyes and count to ten. I'll be done by then. For the other two, stay next to him.' I got furious I said, 'I'm going to fight now. Move.' Once I move, my bodyguard stops me again. 'Please, just trust me,' she said with her head down. 'It will be quick... It will be quick,' her voice slightly changes and I sigh. 'Fine, I'll stay with these two. Now go, I'm waiting,' I said annoyed. My bodyguard look up happily, and then she closes the door. All you can hear is the screaming and cries coming from inside the door. The githyanki and Shadowheart look terrified, and I was just annoyed. Once the ten seconds were up, I reached toward the door, and my bodyguard opened the door with a happy hum, covered in gore. 'It's safe, my lord. The transponder is yours to control!' she said, putting her sword away and then waiting for me to go to the transponder. I walk inside the room. Everyone looks murderously brutalized. Even the mindflayer is unrecognizable. My bodyguard keeps a horn from one of the devil's head. I try not to question it. I just ignore and walk to the transponder. The githyanki was so inspired by My Bodyguard and Shadowheart is terrified of My Bodyguard as she watches My Bodyguard hugging the horn like it's her proudest moment to protect me. I activate the transponder and a dragon appeared, about to light me up, but My Bodyguard snapped back to reality and ran up to me. 'MY LORD, WATCH OUT!!' she yelled. She jumped in front of me and took the hit. To my surprise, it doesn't hurt her, unless she's very good at hiding pain. My bodyguard held me close protectively while the ship was falling apart, and the next moment, I knew everything went dark.
