chp2: The suprise!

*Kathy's POV*

~~~~Okay so finally the reunion begins~~~

Oh my good lord I had not expected any thing like such a big event but may be now-a- days i have stopped expecting at all.After that incident i have some what grown out of the parties and events like this.

But the evening had started so unexpected I just had my fingers crossed for whatever was going to come next. Like for the start, as I and El entered the first person to welcome us was Carla. Like "CARLA ROBBINSON"...okay so Carla was my bestest -best  biggest enemy in high school who could never stop bitching and making fool out of me..

Today here she was hugging me so tight as if we were the unseprable high school BFF's.

"Hey Kathy...look how beautiful you've turned.!"..Carla checking me out.

Literally checking me out from head to toe with her gaze lingering at my bosom.

Till day her tone had the same sarcasm but today she was looking even morea fag in all her silver bronze dress and that binding eye make up.

"Heya well do know you?",pointing towards El.

"Tis my friend El..and El well this is Carla."...i said introducing them but El was looking straight into my eyes and I could tell she knew how strong my friendship was with Carla-The Bitch.

"Ah hello! Such a pleasure meeting you!"El said moving her hand forward.

"Same here sweetheart!"..Carla left to meet the rest or more precisely   to get some more gossips!

"OMG Kathy! I pity if you had such Besties in school time!",El said winking at me.

"TELL ME ABOUT THAT.!Lets go there and meet some real good people."I walked towards the bar taking El's hand and thinking about my actual School Bestie.

"Oh mY My..Kathy is that you?" Sophie almost screamed and with her excitement all eyes turned up to me.Oh great!

This was the last thing i needed. I hate being centre of attraction but well today it was my high school Reunion and So I could'nt complain.

"Hey Soph!", she hugged me by default.

"Oh Goodness. I can't believe -Kathy.. ...the captain of our volleyball team..who hated all the skinny girls and all the make up things  is now standing in front of me all...Dolled up and looking breathtakingly ----"

"C'mon on Sophie look yourself babe.'', she blushed.

"Crap-I need all the updates!"she  shrugged her shoulders brushing it off, because sophie was the one who was in contact with almost everyone even me when I was in California but after that incident I never bothered to reply to any mails or text.

I know it makes me a very bad friend but I was not upto anything at that time.

I meet our whole volleyball group girls. There was Beth who loved to bully others and Emily-she was the cheer leading head and Ghoosh she had not changed a bit..like she was the one who had dated all the hard core jocks and i think she was the first one to loose her V-card. She was not my close friend but just a group mate and we just said hi-friends 'cause of Hannah.

Oh Hannah!  Where is she?

I couldnt spot her and I was curious to meet her. She was my first high school friend and also my only friend in art and music class!

I know no would would believe but yes people often tell or used to tell I am a born pianist or maybe I got some of my Mom's genes for this matter!.
