chp13: Multiple personality!

Niall's *POV*

Today i noticed Kiara and she was very different...although her dressing sense was poor i felt but her soul seems blessed! If ever i will be friends with her i wil surely ask her..why does she always wear a sweater! When that little girl fainted i observed how tensed Kiara was....like she wanted to protect her from something...a very caring person. May be the our first meeting did not turn out well so my her first impression was ruined.

We all had splited into groups of two to visit the different wards and lou suggested that i should go with Kiara...and anyways i didnt have any option because all were paired....Dani and Liam, Zayn and Perrie and well Lou and El never seprated whereas Harry and Kathy were nowhere seen so i ended up with Kiara.

We choose the AIDS section...and i never expected to find kids here...but i was happy to them because they were happy to see me! And Kiara...she seemed so natural with kids ...so happy...her eyes sparkling like diamonds and the kids too were enjoying her company. Suddenly her phone rang actually i felt it vibrate because I was sitting next to her and we were playing a game....she took out her phone but i couldnt see the caller id but when she spoke i guessed it was her boyfriend.

"Em...Mac I am lil busy"

"Hmmm... but Mac i cant!"

"okay fine...i will see you at the gate in two minutes!"....she said putting her cell back to her pocket.

Then she turned to the children

"guys...i'l be right back!"..she said then turned to me and it was like when our eyes met we were having our own silent conversation....i just winked when she left!

It was nearly 25 mins and Kiara didnt turn up...i kept the kids busy with some games but at the back of my mind i was thinking "whats keeping her so long?" but then again she was with her boyfriend so maybe some time together! But why was I bothered....i kept looking at my watch and when she entered the door it was after all forty three minutes...oh yes...i was counting!

She came quietly and sat beside a little girl opposite to me but she never looked me in the eyes...completely avoiding me...and her tied hair were now waving down her shoulders as some locks covered her cheeks...she looked so adorable but only if she would look at me.

An hour later as decided...we were meeting the group in the cafeteria so we said good bye to the kids and left.

I wanted to ask her something but i dont want to sound nosy and finally i asked:

"What kept you so long after the phone call...i mean...um...any problem?"

She didnt look me...but she replied eyes still on the floor

"Hmm. ....no problem..my boyfriend was going out of town for somedays so before going he just came here to say goodbye!'"

" Oh well...so you'l miss him?"...i asked generally. This time she didnt reply instantly and i could see her hairs were irritating her and i couldnt resist and automatically my hands reached to her cheeks and i felt soft hot skin under my palm and gently i tucked her hair behind her ears and she finally looked me in the eye and as her face turned i saw that her right cheek was extremly red and i could see the fingers printed on her cheek and my the first thing that came to my mind was "Did that Mac hurt you?" ...but i think i said that loud because Kiara said

"Em...Um...No no...i J--us-t slipped thats all!" but the way she stammered my doubt was getting stronger and even though i and Kiara were not anything like besties but watever...a girl should be respected and i wanted to punch that guy right now orelse i'l go mad...
