chp47:Meant to be together!

Sorry for updating late, but it was really heartbreaking for me to choose!

Liam's *POV*

"Zoey how was it? Is she fine? Can i see her?"

"Overall it was good, she is stable for now but she is still not conscious yet and......"

"And what?"

"Liam, We dont know what to expect! Her recovery may take time and only after that we come to know what happens next, you need to be patient and strong! Excuse me." she left patting my arm with that small smile.

Okay, so we didnt know what to expect! According to Crooke, i should be prepared for the worst. I heard Amber taking in more technical info but my mind and body was just too unstable to function and the waiting part was just worst!

I saw her lying there on that bed pinned up with so many machines and tubes.The bandaid on her head and her pale small face, made her look tiny and weak. Her eyes were closed and she was unconscious about 36 hours dripping in and out, blabbering some words but she could hardly stay awake for seconds.

"Liam why dont you go and get some sleep. I will stay here with her, you can trust me!"

" Amber I trust you! But i am not going home, I cant leave her!"

"Its okay,I"l get you some coffee!" she didnt argue more unlike the lads. Yesterday Zayn and Perrie waited with me, all night.

Zayn went to receive her from airport and she directly came here to check on Dani, though she was still on sedatives.

I was reading the newspaper sitting on the chair beside her bed, when i saw her peeking through one eye. I could see her struggling to clear her vision and that very moment her eyes focussed on me all i could do was pray-I really didnt know what to expect! Will she recognize me? Does she remember my name? Did she remember our time together?

"Leeeyummm" it was a very low whisper but i read her lips and sighed in relief!

"Dani, I am here!"

"Liam!" this time when she said my name it was with a smile, which made my heart flutter and at that very moment- I fell in love with her all over again!

I poured some water and  helped her to sit upright. I could see, she was still in pain, but the drugs were helpful atleast for the time being.

All those hours of waiting, i had so much in my mind, so much to say-so many regrets! So guilty not to trust her-i wanted to apologize but somehow all the words drained out of my throat and we both just sat there-holding hands and linking our hearts in the pleasure of love.

"Liam what happened to me? Why am i here?" she asked finally and her troubled eyes pleaded for answers.

"Umm..nothing just getting some waste out of your head!" i said crashing my lips to hers. I could no longer resists and her respond took me by suprise because her mouth still played clear and clever, she loved toying with my lower lip and today i was so glad when she did it!

"I missed you Dani!" . We seprated grasping for breath and she looked so fragile, it scares me! I didnt want to hurt her.

"Big guy got your cuppa!Amber got a call so...OMG...Dani you awake! Finally!".  That was Kiara jumping in joy who nearly spilled the coffee on me.

"Easy girl!" i took the cup from her hand and kept it aside taking a sip.

"How are you feeling Dani?" . Kiara came around kissing her temples.
