"You almost killed me!" I screeched again this time pushing him.
Harry raised his hands as if to hit me back, but then he closed his eyes and kept them in the air. "Okay, calm down. You're overreacting," he let go of a deep breath.
My eye twitched after hearing his words. I didn't want to calm down. In fact, having him tell me to calm down only made me want to get angrier.
"Oh, am I?!" My jaw clenched as I hit him again.
Harry ran a hand through his hair, trying to keep his cool.
"Look, Melanie, I told you I had work to do and you wanted to come. These are the sequences of your actions, okay? Now, deal with them like a big girl."
Unhappy with his pathetic excuse, I grunted ready to push him again when he caught my wrists, stopping me from doing so. I gritted my teeth, feeling my body quiver with frustration. I just wanted to wrap my dainty fingers around his pretty curly and smash his head on the floor.
"How was I supposed to know you were going on a murder spree!" I yelled, unable to express my aggregation in any other way.
Harry closed his eyes and his nose drills flared as he breathed in to calm himself. Oh, he was scared that he wouldn't be able to stop himself from murdering me, too. Big girl advice - he should do it before he lets go of my hands and I smash his fucking head on the cemented floor!
"I didn't murder them, I have men for this shit," he argued, frowning at the idea of having to do it himself. And as if something clicked in his head, his features darkened and he gestured at the masked man to come.
Fuck.
Oh, no. No. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck!
I shook my head, trying not to let go of a scream for help because I knew no one here would help me. No one here would've saved me from whatever Harry had planned for me. Maybe if I gave up on the idea of friendly hitting his head on the floor, he would've let me go.
"No, he's not touching me!" I muttered, shaking my head when I noticed the man getting closer. I tried to escape Harry's grip, which only made him tilt his head and tsk with amusement. Sweat prickled over my skin and I felt lightheaded as I tried to move away from the approaching man.
"Harry, drive me home or call me a cab— I-I... I swear I won't tell anyone about this," I lowered my voice, trying to step back but he didn't let me, "Please... No, no... No!"
The masked man wrapped his hands around me, and I tried to kick them, to push them, to run away, but I couldn't. Harry tightened his grip around me, the corner of his lips curling into a smirk, "I know you won't tell anyone, princess. Because if you do... you'd be dead." A shiver went down my spine and I swallowed hard. Then, Harry dropped the smirk from his face and looked behind me at the man. "Take her to the cabin," Harry said with a stone-cold voice.
