As Katrina stared in horror at Cliton's motionless body on the ground, her heart pounded in fear. Suddenly, she looked up and saw Xavier approaching, his eyes glowing a bright, menacing red just like before. His once gentle features now contorted into a snarling, feral expression as sharp claws protruded from his fingertips.

But what truly terrified Katrina were the wolf-like ears that now adorned Xavier's head, twitching with a primal instinct. She realized in that moment that he was no longer the person she once knew, Suddenly, everything around Katrina began to blur and darken as her vision faded. Her heart raced in panic as she felt her knees grow weak beneath her. The world spun before her eyes, and she knew she was losing consciousness.

With a final gasp, Katrina's body gave way, and before she could collapsed  , Xavier caught Katrina gently in his arms and carried her away from the chaos, his claws brushing against her skin. A few hours later, As Katrina opened her eyes, the room swirled around her in a daze. Disoriented and confused, she called out into the empty silence, her voice echoing in the room.A couple of seconds later, Xavier and Willow ran into the room,  Katrina began to bombard Xavier and Willow with questions, her voice shaky with confusion and fear. She asked them what had happened, how she had ended up in her bed, and why she doesn't remember anything .Xavier gently explained to Katrina that she had fainted at the party, causing concern among the guest. They had decided to bring her back home to rest and make sure she was okay and the reason she doesnt remember anything is because she hit her head when she faithed.  Katrina then nodded in understanding,as Katrina processed the events of the evening, the housekeepers suddenly called her downstairs, informing her that an important guest had arrived. Intrigued and slightly nervous, Katrina followed them, wondering who could possibly be waiting for her. When Katrina reached the bottom of the stairs, her heart skipped a beat as she saw a face she hadn't seen in a very long time , her mother. Shock and disbelief washed over her as she stood frozen in place, unsure of how to react to this unexpected reunion."Goodnight, mother," stammered Katrina, her voice barely above a whisper as emotions overwhelmed her. The woman then stood up from the chair and approached Katrina. With each step, Katrina felt a mix of apprehension and longing, unsure of what her mother's next move would be."Katrina, could you please follow me?" said her mother, her voice gentle yet tinged with an undertone of urgency. Uncertain but compelled to comply, Katrina nodded silently and began to walk alongside her mother, her heart pounding with a mixture of hope and trepidation. They stepped outside into the serene backyard, the backyard was a magical oasis under the moonlight, with lush greenery, a winding stone path leading to a tranquil pond, and fireflies dancing in the air. Katrina mother then turned to her and said your birthday is next two weeks and your turning 18 right ?
Yes mother I am replied Katrina"Follow me, I have something to show you," Katrina's mother said, leading her daughter down the winding path .Katrina's mother knocked on a flowerpot twice, and to Katrina's surprise, the flowerpot moved, revealing a hidden staircase that appeared in the backyard."What the hell? Was that always here?" exclaimed Katrina in disbelief, staring at the unexpected staircase that had seemingly materialized in their backyard. Katrina's mother bravely descended the staircase, her eyes filled with determination as she urged Katrina to follow her. With a mix of curiosity and apprehension, Katrina took a deep breath, mustered her courage, and made her way down the mysterious staircase, Katrina's mother entered a pin near a mysterious door at the bottom of the staircase. The door swung open, revealing a hidden room filled with ancient artifacts ,ton of books and pulsating orbs. Motioning for Katrina to sit on a chair, "It's time I told you about our family origin," said her mother, a mix of determination and apprehension in her voice. With those words, a wave of curiosity and intrigue washed over Katrina.
