I woke to the empty feeling of my bed.

I opened my eyes and glanced around the room, empty.

I couldn't tell the difference of dream from reality. Last night was all a blur.

The one thing I knew for sure was that Bo was now safe. No one could hurt him any longer.

I pushed out of bed and pulled on my shoes which were sat at my bed side, not that I remember putting them there.

The morning breeze outside was cool and it chilled my paled cheeks to just the right temperature.

I wandered to the hall where most of my people already were, eating their morning meal.

I slumped in my seat to see my food already presented in front of me. I frowned sleepily and looked up to see Murphy a few seats down from me, smiling calmly.

I returned the smile and picked up a piece of bread and taking small bites from it.

Leo leaned over towards me, flicking Murphy a glance. "So..."

I lifted my eyes from the bread to him. "What?"

"Did someone get a little frisky last night?" He wriggled his thick brows at me.

I rolled my eyes and took a drink of water from my cup. "No, I did not."

"Rumour had it he stayed in your house last night." He whispered, "Rumour confirmed this morning when I saw him sneaking out."

I snorted and leaned back in my seat. "Sneaking?"

"Well, he was trying to be quiet closing the door but then he came straight here."

"Uh-huh." I took another bite of my dry and tasteless bread.

"Stop." Leo snapped me out of my daydream.

I looked at him with a frown.

"Stop making eyes at each other, it gives me the creeps." He scowled playfully.

I curled a lip at him and threw the bread back into the bowl. "I'm not hungry." I muttered before standing and leaving.

"I was kidding!" I heard him call after me.

It wasn't him, it really wasn't. I just couldn't eat, I felt sick to my stomach with every bite I took.

Upon my exit, I saw Adrian training himself, running up and down the length of the shore with a log on his shoulders to build strength and stamina.

On the other side I saw a crew gathering and hauling cargo on to a cart as well as preparing the horses. I approached them and inspected their work. "Karl, where is this going to?"

"The Capitol and its other units." He informed.

I stared at him for a moment before he spoke again.

"Not Ton D.C."

I nodded thankfully. "I'll come with you, this is my problem, I won't put you in the uncomfortable situation of explaining it to Lexa."

He nodded and turned back to his work.

I went back into my house and changed quickly, sheathing my axe.

I spun but relaxed when I saw Edith stepping in.

"E." I greeted, running my hand through my wild hair. "You startled me."

"How are you this morning?" She asked, sitting on my bed.

I smiled gloomily and sat beside her. "Not good, but there's no turning back now."
