The next day, Remus was all but amused with Sirius. As soon as he was able to get him alone in their dorm, it was time to confront him about his actions during Sandy's (albeit short due to it taking place on a school night) birthday party. And even then, that was not all he was getting told off about. "You're telling me that after spending time with James at his house- your house now, your didn't bring up your feelings for Sandy?!" Remus questioned Sirius with a frown, while flailing his arms around in frustration. "What the bloody hell have you been doing?"
"Getting a lecture on girls and Sandy by Monty," He mumbled from his spot on the bed. The duo were at their dorm, with no one else, discussing the topic of his ridiculously strong crush. The talk had not gone too bad with Fleamont. After attempting to deny his feelings to the older man, Fleamont had insisted that he had use similar excuses with his own father about Euphemia, back in the day. While he had assured Sirius that he was certain James would be alright with his affections towards Sandy, Sirius still had his doubts. "Also, you told me I was to talk to Prongs about it after we returned to Hogwarts. Ergo, I wasn't obliged to do so yet."
"It's now the third day since. What's your excuse... Chicken?"
"I am not a chicken!"
"You're acting like one, darn it!"
"What are you guys talking about?" Peter suddenly questioned, as he entered the room in silence until announcing himself.
"Ah! He heard!" Sirius yelled before dramatically falling to the floor, playing dead after clutching at his heart.
Remus rolled his eyes and kicked him. "Stop being stupid." Then, he turned to Peter. "Wormtail, do please help me out here. He's being stupid and an absolute chicken."
"I am not!" His voice came out muffled, as he was now head down towards the floor, with his face planted on the carpet beneath them.
Glancing between the duo, Peter shrug and took a sit on his bed. He had only meant to come here to get his textbook for Transfiguration's class, after realizing he had forgotten it. But, this seemed actually entertaining. "If you tell me what needs fixing, I'll help. But, I still don't know what's going on here."
"Let me give you a rundown of what I've been dealing with this one-" He still couldn't tell them about the part on Sandy drinking the Amorobliterus Elixir. Technically, she had only allowed him to know in confidence. There was no way he was going to betray her like that after all the continuous help she was giving him with the Wolfsbane Potion and the after effects of the full moon. But, Sirius, oh, he was going to expose his arse. "He fancies the hell out of Sandy-"
"Wasn't he snogging Amelia Bones last night?"
"Yes!" Remus shot Sirius a glare, whom had now turned his body to be belly up, and shrank under the werewolf's fiery eyes. "He thinks that he has to get over Sandy by snogging other girls, instead of being a man about it and telling Prongs. 'Cause he's a coward. A chicken."
After sitting up on the ground, he gestured towards a drawer in his nightstand. In there sat his completed Amorobliterus Elixir. "You know, this all would be easier if I drank the potion. It's ready!"
