Genya thought to himself as Inosuke yelled at tanjiro. the teenager could just never get enough sleep, Inosuke, and thê vøìçës never let him stay asleep.

After Shinobu dragged Inosuke's ass out of the room, Genya was awake. He was wide awake.

Might as well get ready for the hashira training, maybe I can talk to Aniki while I'm at his estate. If I can talk to him.

Genya got his stuff together and got changed into his uniform and yukata. He then grabbed his weapons, even though there weren't any demon attacks anymore, you never know.

As he was about to walk out the door, he was stopped by Aoi.

"Going to the hashira training?"

"Yes, do you need anything Kanzaki-san?"

"No, just wanted to wish you good luck, especially with the wind and serpent hashiras. They can be quite aggressive."

"I think I'll be fine, it's not like iguro-san and ani- I mean, shinazugawa-san want me dead."

Genya smiled at the fact that someone didn't think he was useless because he could use breathing styles. Even though it was because she hadn't killed as many demons as him, it was still nice.

"Well, thank you, but healers are important too, you keep most of the demon slayers alive. And without someone to keep them alive, there'd be no demon slayers, therefore more demons, my point is, you still have an important place in the corps."
