And it started, the hell of hashira training. It was slow.
It was boring.
They were stupid.
Thy were annoying.
If only I could just run off, kill all the demons. The ones that somehow remained at least.
Sanemi thought to himself. Low-level Demons no longer showed anymore. The remaining upper moons and muzan of coarse but nothing out of the ordinary.
Tengen and tanjiro killed upper 6
Muichiro killed upper 5
Tanjiro, Nezuko, Mitsuri, and Genya killed upper 4
Dammit Genya, why do you always have to be such a stupid bastard! This isn't a joke, demons and your life are not a joke!
"Uhh, Shinazugawa-san... How exactly do you bend your muscles in such a way..?"
A scared, whiney voice interrupted Sanemi's thoughts.
Ugh, idiots!
"You bend your arm and torso like this-"
Sanemi demonstrated by slightly lifting his arms and bending his torso upwards.
"- hold out your sword, and tighten your muscles, I'm pretty sure I was very clear about that.."
Sanemi gave a hating glare at the shorter slayer.
"Oh! Uhm... Thank you shinazugawa-san!.."
The slayer stepped back into their former standing spot and started repeating the moves Sanemi had to demonstrate twice.
Ugh, Idiot. What a punk! Was she even listening?
Sanemi continued the demonstrations with one thing on his mind keeping him going.
I'm gonna whip these worms into proper fighters! The corps is going to destroy muzan, and his little henchmen. and it will be over. It's coming, the final battle. I can feel it.
Eventually there was a break. A short one, but a break.
Sanemi started thinking about what would happen if Muzan was defeated, and demons were finally gone.
Maybe I would live. Maybe genya wouldn't get to close to the battle and we would both live. If that actually happens, maybe we could really make it up to each other. Maybe I could apologize for that day, and we could somehow be happy. Genya could be safe. And maybe just for him, I could keep myself safe too...
But that's not now! Now I have to keep him from killing himself! Now I have to kill muzan and the remaining demons!
And at that very now, Sanemi had to train these punks.
It was gonna be a long couple months.
