The Lannisters:
'Maybe we should talk about what happened.' Jaime sighs and looks at me.

'I don't want to talk about it.' I sigh and take a sip of my drink.

'Catherine, I know you don't. But we have to.' Tyrion sighs.

'What do you want me to say? That I'm happy I'm back here? Cause I'm not.' I sigh.

'Catherine, he is a murderer.' Jaime speaks.

'Do you want to know the hurtful truth, Uncle Jaime?' I stare him in his eyes.

'Hello? I'm here too.' Tyrion lifts his hand up.

I look at him and sigh.

'Yes. He is a terrible person. Yes, he held me captive. Yes, at first it was terrible, as you can imagine. But...' I sigh.

'Oh you've lost your mind.' Tyrion groans.

'But what?' Jaime asks concerned.

'He... he started treating me differently.' I admit.

'What?' Jaime asks confused.

Tyrion stares at me and widens his eyes.

'I... I believe he... he ended up falling in love with me.' I admit and look down.

'Fell in love with you?' Tyrion raises his eyebrows.

'Yes... he... he was cruel at times, but there was a strange tenderness.' I admit.

Jaime and Tyrion stare at me in shock.

'He... he confessed his feelings, his loneliness. And... I found myself not hating him as much as I thought I would.' I say with tears in my eyes.

'Catherine, love or not, he is a Bolton. He cannot be trusted.' Jaime says concerned.

'I know... trust me, I know. But it's never that simple. I saw a side of him, that made me wonder... what if he could change?' I cry.

'Love can be a powerful thing, but Ramsay Bolton? I'm finding that very hard to believe.' Tyrion looks at me.

'I know. I know it sounds insane. But being there... it wasn't all horror. There were moments when I saw his vulnerability, his brokenness. And in some strange way... it touched me.' I admit.

'You're safe now, Catherine. That's all that matters. We'll deal with the Boltons.' Jaime puts his hands in mine.

'Thank you. But I can't promise you we're safe. Maybe not at all.' I sigh.

'We know. But for now all that matters is that you're back and safe. We'll keep you safe now.' Tyrion smiles.

'Thank you. Both of you.' I smile.

Tyrion and Jaime smile.

The room fell silent, as we all started to contemplate the complexities of the situation, knowing that despite the horrors I had endured, something unexpected had transpired between us. But I'm glad I got out when I did.
