"Alright, let's go!" Jiraiya shouted and pointed a finger at the direction to go
Wind blows through your blonde hair as it overcome the silence.
"Let's go. Are you kidding me? Quit acting like a stupid little kid, will ya." Naruto said with a bit of a sarcastic tone
"What the--? Why are you in such a bad mood?"
"We're still in the middle of our training. You said there were three steps to learn, right? Well, I've only learned two of 'em. Now quit holding out on us." Naruto said gesturing towards you
"I only been able to travel short distances, but I'm managing." You said
"Which is why we're doing mobile training. You both could train while we look for Tsunade." Jiraiya tosses Naruto a normal balloon
"So what's the deal? An ordinary balloon?" Naruto questioned
"The first step you learned was rotation. The second step was power. The third and final step for you to master is this." Jiraiya said
"Oh. I get it. It's to contain and maintain that flow of energy." You said
"Exactly." Jiraiya said jabbing a finger in your direction
"Let's see what's really happening inside the balloon." Jiraiya said holding out his free hand and swirl around that chakra orb
"That's more interesting than my teleportation technique." You said
"Take a look at that. A small typhoon." Jiraiya said
"So then, what you're doing in your left hand is also happening in the balloon on your right?" Naruto asked
"That's right. What do you think? Nifty, huh?"
Naruto stared intently at both hands. You can tell he really want to get this jutsu down.
"Now listen, in the third step you've gotta draw up 100 percent of what you've learned so far. And then like Naruto said, maintain it." Jiraiya said
"Thanks for noticing me." You said in a sass tone
"Who said I didn't noticed? In other words, keeping the power and the rotation of your chakra at their maximum. First visualize a thin membrane just inside the balloon, then of compressing the chakra inside it." Jiraiya said
"Hey, I think I get it now! So this stage is about keeping up the power and rotation that I learned, only this time without letting them pop open a delicate balloon!" Naruto exclaimed coming to his conclusion
"Well, you're starting to get the hang of this. Good!" Jiraiya said
"Hm? So wait. Hold on a second. Why exactly am I going to all this trouble?" Naruto asked
"And what's so important about this teleportation except for a faster getaway?" You asked
Jiraiya walk up to a random tree.
"Here allow me to show you. This one is for Naruto, watch closely." Jiraiya said
You and Naruto look at him expectedly.
"After the first two steps of training, you get this." Jiraiya raises his palm and performed the blue ball chakra move and slam it in the tree, it left a indent of swirls.
